I recorded a high-resolution video on my iMac, resulting in a large file size (3.14 GB). I'm concerned about potential upload issues, as the system suggests an upgrade. However, according to a SubEasy.ai response from Terry Gu on November 4, 2024 (https://appsumo.com/products/subeasy-ai/questions/subeasyai-vs-subeasyai-plus-difference-1233690/), files up to 4GB should be supported. Can you confirm if my 3.14 GB file will upload without issues? How to resolve this issue
Q: Is there a 60-min video/audio limit for AppSumo plans?
Do all AppSumo plans have a 60-minute video/audio length limit? I saw a mention of this on the SubEasy dashboard after uploading a file, but I can't find it again. I also don't see any such limitation in the AppSumo product information or Q&A section. Could you please clarify if such limit exists?
Hi! I’d like to know more about the AI voice-over / dubbing feature. When using “Voice Swap,” is the generated AI voice only integrated into the final video (replacing the original audio), or can we also download the new voice as a separate audio file (e.g. MP3 or WAV)? Thanks in advance for clarifying this — it would be very helpful to know for podcast and audio-only projects!

A: Yes you can. Just select Audio in the export panel.
Hello, I am a Tier 3 user The issue is that it no longer supports Urdu Voiceover and Download optionb is only 720P instead of 4K Kindly assist

A: Do we have Urdu VoiceOver before? You can download 4k only when you have 4k uploaded files. Please reach out to support@subeasy.ai for further assistance.

One of my questions is that I have several hundred videos that I want transcribed...I have used "Happy Scribe" and the accuracy is abysmal...Each video is about one (1) hour in length. What is the longest video that your software can transcribe?

May I ask which language you need to transcribe? We perform very well with most frequently used languages.
