Yes, and this is one of the deeper parts of the platform.

You can build forms for essentially any purpose: public-facing lead capture, client-facing intake, internal Staff use, support requests, project kickoff, and data updates against existing records.

A few of the form types worth knowing about:

Kickoff Forms, which fire when someone starts a process, and can collect payment, trigger Automations, and launch a Project or FLOW on submission.

Update Forms, which let a Target update their own information, writing directly back to their CRM record and Custom Fields.

Support Forms feeding your ticket Inboxes.

On the field side you get a wide range of field types, Conditional Logic so fields appear based on previous answers, Form Field Choice Actions so a specific answer can trigger an Automation, and Form Themes so everything matches your branding.

The part most people don't realize at first: form data isn't trapped in the form. It writes into Custom Fields on the Target's record, which means you can filter and segment on it later, use it in Dynamic Data Placeholders inside Documents and Emails, and trigger Automations from it.
