Have you managed to fix the issue with the TD branding coming back on what was supposed to be whitelabelled after being turned off? This is a long running issue.
Have you got on top of providing basic support? Even so as to indicate anyone is home and still alive?

I got the Tier 4 with branding removal option. I enable it, after a few days it get disabled on it's own. Initially, I thought I am losing it and maybe I forgot it click save. I redid it and saved, verified it was removed. Then again after a few days, visiting my article links, Thrivedesk appears again at the bottom. I have not raised any support request. I paid for a membership, but can't add certain team members. I get a "low trust score error" and get told to contact support. I used the live chat but never connected to an agent. I emailed 2 weeks ago, got one reply and that's it. I just need help but can't seem to get it.

1. Your site says to BBC your CRM to keep it in the loop. I guess this is an alternative to API or Webhooks? -It would be great if it had a built in CRM so we can keep track of customers with a tagging system of some sort! I see that you can tag conversations but if the same customer keeps coming back, we want to tag them to know this. If this doesn't exist, can you put this on the roadmap? ...

A: 1. We do support outbound webhooks as well. For the other items mentioned, those features are not currently available.
2. At the moment, there is no option to automatically display the Customer Satisfaction Rating on your website.
3. We are currently implementing a scheduled reply feature, which will help address this use case.
