When click on that link it brings you to a page that describe credits being used out before your monthly renewal. I must point out that this deal we get one time credits. it also give you another option either you upgrade your plan monthly them or buy more credits. then they provide another link to buy more credits https://www.thrivedesk.com/pricing/

Only to find out it's they monthly pricing page.

A: Sorry for the confusion. The link I shared explains how AI credits work. Regarding BYOK, our developers are actively working on it, and we will announce a plan soon.
For buying additional AI credits, please contact our support team, they will guide you through the process (For now). Credits don’t roll over monthly, but bundle credits don’t expire.

Is there a Mac Desktop App?
Do yiu have BYOK feature?
Can we add a “send” button inside chat and not rely only on the return button on keyboard?
Is it possible to have the chat widget Not cover the entire screen on mobile?
Is it possibe to have the chat widget delimited on mobile screen so it can be closed or minimized at any moment without having to scroll to the top of the chat?

1. There is no plan yet for a Mac Desktop app, but a Progressive Web (PW) app is supported.
2. BYOK feature is coming soon.
3. The chat already includes a "send" button inside the chat window, not just relying on the return key.
4. Chat widget cannot be configured to avoid covering the entire screen on mobile.
