Q: Why are my Video Captures showing that my site doesn't load?

It appears that all the visitor recordings show my site isn't fully loading. How do I troubleshoot this? I don't think this is what my users see. Is it?

At the time of creating a campaign, TruConversion captures (scrapes) the page structure to map and display the customers collected data. If there are any changes in the page layout or CSS afterwards, the system may not automatically recognize those changes, which can cause display or loading issues.

Q: Visitor Tracking

It's a major service that was discontinued even if it's not refelected on the dashboard more than the "something went wrong, please contact support" banner. Do you have any plans to bring it back? It was a major service I provided my customers as a value proposition, and now i have a nice and capped Plerdy clon.
