I've purchased the largest plan they had and I tell you right now DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. It doesn't work. Funnels do not work. Heatmaps do not work. Journeys do not work. This product advertises things that are not capable of deliver. I even put an AI Agent to track progress on its own and created even more trackers on TruConversion to compare the activity and they produce ZERO captures. This product is a waste of your money (and it is not cheap at all). With today's tech stack, just get a $100 agentic plan and build your own version. You'll get better results and you won't have to deal with their inexistent support.

I grabbed TruConversion to make sure I had my tracking dialed in from day one on a brand-new site. The installation was a breeze, and setting up the Smart Funnels feature was surprisingly intuitive.

Even though I don't have a ton of traffic yet, I already have my ideal visitor journey mapped out. I love knowing that as soon as my traffic starts scaling, I’ll have heatmaps and session recordings automatically triggering based on the exact funnel steps I’ve built. There's a slight learning curve when configuring the advanced targeting, but it feels great to launch with a proper analytics foundation instead of flying blind. Highly recommend grabbing this to prep for future growth! 5 tacos.

I found TruConversion very easy to use. It supplies wonderful data after you set it up. The initial onboarding is self-explanatory. However, if you get stuck, take a screenshot and upload it to an AI Model. As I said, the set up is easy, but monotonous, so get your favorite playlist fired up if your site has a lot of pages like mine does.

TruConversion started collecting data for me right away. It is really remarkable the data you can collect. This data will help me improve areas in my website that causes a person to bounce out. When a weak spot is discovered with actual data, I will be able to improve and strengthen it so visitors stay engaged. I can see that TruConversion will be a very powerful tool for years to come. I am happy I made this purchase and look forward to receiving more helpful data for my site.

TruConversion has been very useful for my local fitness studio website. I use it to track how visitors move from the homepage to the booking section and LINE contact.

The setup took some learning, especially for Funnels and Smart Funnels, but once configured, it gave me much clearer insight than simple pageview analytics. I can now track LINE booking clicks, Google Maps, Facebook, and Instagram clicks separately.

I also like Site Pulse because it quickly shows performance and UX issues, especially on mobile. It helped me optimize the site without changing the main conversion flow.

There is a bit of a learning curve, but the tool is valuable if you want to understand visitor behavior and improve conversions.

I got TruConversion since I needed to see how visitors behave on my sales pages and collab pages. I had to give data to collaborators on how much traffic we sent to their pages and then check for conversions at their name. This has saved me tonnes of work by easily getting heatmaps of collab pages. It has also helped me see my most convertin sections on sales page and the sections where we lost sale. looking to dig into the tool deep. so far its been good. a little learning was involved but it was super easy.
