Hi, I’m considering switching from ClickUp to Uspacy and need to confirm my main workflow:
I use embeddable web forms to collect client/order data. Besides name and email, these include custom information such as dates, times, locations, selections and longer text answers.
On submission, I need Uspacy to automatically create a task in a specific Kanban board/stage, with all relevant form data available directly in the task, ideally mapped to custom task fields.
Is this possible natively, without Make/Zapier/Pabbly? And is it possible with AppSumo Tier 1, or does it require the Workflow Automation Constructor?

I have only question, what are these forms built on? If they can post webhooks in our API format – it can easily be done without any additional external tool, and it is available on all the Tiers

Hi markusjuhani, we don't have relation between forms and tasks yet but it could be built using Automations somehow like Form -> Contact And Deal -> Task related to Contact

Can they be used to take in support requests?
Any ETA on what markusjuhani was asking for and linking them directly into tasks?
