Because missive is great and if this can replace that for me, that would be amazing. But i feel like this project is the jack of all trades but master of none. You need to niche down

This looks like a good product, but I am baffled as to why External Users (Clients) are not available until Tier 4. I would go out on a limb and say that this pool is made up largely of Freelancers and Agency Owners, who interacts with Clients on a daily basis. Why would you not consider offering a smaller number of External Users / Clients, at the lower Tiers?
Hi, I’m considering switching from ClickUp to Uspacy and need to confirm my main workflow: I use embeddable web forms to collect client/order data. Besides name and email, these include custom information such as dates, times, locations, selections and longer text answers. On submission, I need Uspacy to automatically create a task in a specific Kanban board/stage, with all relevant form data available directly in the task, ideally mapped to custom task fields. Is this possible natively, without Make/Zapier/Pabbly? And is it possible with AppSumo Tier 1, or does it require the Workflow Automation Constructor?
