nb2023Q: Need External Users Before Tier 4
This looks like a good product, but I am baffled as to why External Users (Clients) are not available until Tier 4. I would go out on a limb and say that this pool is made up largely of Freelancers and Agency Owners, who interacts with Clients on a daily basis. Why would you not consider offering a smaller number of External Users / Clients, at the lower Tiers?

Sorry but External users for us is an experimental feature that we're now ready to propose only to the Tier 4, it is not even available on our regular plans

Can you elaborate onwhat am external user is and please list all the differences between them and a regular client/lead?
I see you mentioned a brief summary below but maybe an example would help too?
Is there a limit to how many clients are we allowed to have?
Does T4 map directly to the professional plan or are there differences between the two Besides these external users?
