What exactly does an external user see inside a Group? Tasks only, or files, comments and newsfeed too?

Per task + if you want you can show the whole group, it is a group setting.

What does the client actually see, at what URL, and can it carry my logo and domain?

Only tasks and groups you gave them access to. URL of your Uspacy, it can carry your logo on Tier 4, it cannot carry your domain yet, but we already on it and it should be before Christmas.

Is there any white-label on the external-user view?

Can an external user comment on or annotate a file, or is their access read-only?

It has the same access to the task as a normal user, if you gave them access to the task itselfюʼ.

Which quarter is BYOK targeted for, and will it remove the AI limits entirely or only supplement them?

BYOK will be on Tier 4, we don't have AI limits now but when they will take place, BYOK will fully substitute our AI under the hood and will not have any additional limits

What is the template format, can it be created and populated by API, does it output PDF, and is there e-signature or does a contract leave the system to get signed?

It's docx, yes, works via API, it outputs PDF and we can build a e-sign connector (Docusign in plans but we want to hear more about the use-case)
