A: Thanks for your inquiry. Unfortunately, we don't allow concurrent webinars/meetings. You can only have one meeting at a time. Account sharing is encouraged. Based on the features, you can purchase any plan that meets your needs; all plans come with one host. You can buy an add-on host and add your wife as a co-host. She can log into her own account and schedule her own meetings and webinar. NOTE: The recording feature is available in Tiers 4 - 7
Thank you for the quick reply. If I understand correctly, can I purchase Tier 4 and separately purchase an add-on host so that my wife and I can hold conferences independently?
You're welcome. Yes, you can do that. You can purchase the codes together, add Tier 7 and Tier 4 to your cart, and make your purchase. Please follow the redemption instructions (redeem one code and email the remaining codes), and your account will be activated.
A: Thank you for your inquiry. As mentioned several times, each plan includes one host. If you want Tier 7 and need five hosts, it would be 7 X 5. You don't have to purchase the same Tier for all the hosts. The main host/admin can be on Tier 7, while you can choose from Tier 1 to Tier 7 for the other hosts based on their required features. Sorry if you are confused; "feature" differs from "host" and has different means. Features - refers to the features of the plan Host - means the moderator or the person hosting the meeting.
If I purchase tier7 before the price increase, will it include webinar registration? If not, will there be an option to pay extra for webinar registration when the price increases? Thanks for your answer.
A: I appreciate your question. We have responded to the same question several times. Since there is no option to add any add-ons to a lifetime deal, we decided to include the Webinar 500 with event registration on the Pro plan. If you purchase now, it will be included in all existing Pro plans. You can wait and make your purchase in two days.
Q: Hello, regarding "Screen & document sharing (currently not available on Mobile Apps)" Can you please clarify
Hello, regarding "Screen & document sharing (currently not available on Mobile Apps)" Can you please clarify if this is not available as a viewer/attendee or if this specific to the host? If its specific to the viewer/attendee would there be issues if they were to use a supported mobile browser? My use case, I need to share presentations, videos and my websites/LMS with my students (I am hoping this platform can be a good alternative for Sessions).
Currently, screen sharing is not available on the iOS app. While you can host meetings from a mobile device using the Android app, we don’t recommend it.
Why not host on a mobile device? 1. No screen sharing on IOS 2. Less stable connection 3. Small screen limits visibility 4. In coming calls, disconnect or interfere with the meetings 5. Faster battery drain
Pros: 1. Convenient on the go 2. Useful for quick check-ins
We recommend using a desktop or laptop for the best experience, especially if you need to present or manage participants.
Thank you for your reply. I understand that it's not recommended that the host use the mobile application. My concern is if an attendee or viewer is watching from a mobile device using the mobile application, will they be able to see what I am sharing properly? If not, would the application work in a mobile browser? About 70% of my students join my classes from mobile devices.
Sorry for the confusion; they are not hosting the meeting, only attending. They will see whatever you display. You can join the meeting on a mobile device; screen sharing has nothing to do with joining the meeting.
Q: Two video conferences at the same time
Which plan should I purchase if my wife and I want to have a video conference/webinar independently? And would the recording feature be helpful?

Where can I purchase a co-host, and how much does it cost? Is it lifetime?
Q: User pricing
Hi,
I have to agree with the other Sumoling. The pricing here is confusing. The deal clearly says:
“All features above included
1 Basic Plan Host”
Then plan 2:
“ All features above included
1 Starter Plan Host”
Sounds to me if I purchased T7, I’d get 1 Basic Host, 1 Starter Host, etc. otherwise, it wouldn’t be all features above included.
Are you saying that if I have a team of 5, I would need to buy 5 x $504 licenses? So $2,500+?

Q: Evergreen webinars
I understand you don't have evergreen webinars today, but is it part of your roadmap?
Would it be included in the highest tier once delivered?
Thanks

Apr 6, 2025A: Thank you for your inquiry. It is not currently on our roadmap, but we may consider it at a later date.
