i m initerested in your product, but wont use it enough to make the $500+ worth it to me, but when i do use it, I will have a lot of attendees, making the lower plans to few. just wondering if you offer a lifetime addon of attendees?

A: Thanks for your inquiry. Sorry, I don't understand your question because attendees don't need to have a plan or account before they can join your meeting or event. However, if they want to schedule their own meetings, they can purchase any plan that fits their needs.
sorry for the vagueness! I want to host webinars for more than 12 people ( up to 200) but I don't host them often, so was wondering if there was a way to purchase a deal that gave access to more attendees, but without all the additional features of the higher tiers. Or like a limit add-on
Thanks for the clarification. Unfortunately, you need to upgrade to a higher plan. These are bundled packages, and we can't add or pick features to customize them.
Will generative AI features, such as AI-powered transcription during or after meetings, be available soon? And if so, will they be included for existing AppSumo subscribers? Thanks!

A: Thank you for your inquiry. This feature is in development, and I don't have the list of features yet. As mentioned in previous responses, it is the same plan and features on our website that are on AppSumo. Which means all updates are applied to AppSumo plans.
Q: Landing Page / Gateway homepage screen for attendees before they enter
1)Hello - I wanted to know if there is a landing page . Before they enter the meeting . if you look at behhuman.online in app sumo they have a few demo links. there is a screen that you see first that sets the tone - Do you have a feature like this and do you have plans to do it if you haven't?
2) also can you put button on the screen that people are in that allows them to download...

BeHuman.Online and VivoMeetings focus on different things. BeHuman is built for virtual events, while VivoMeetings is designed for professional meetings and webinars. So, you won’t see the same features on both platforms.
VivoMeetings doesn’t include a landing page or event-style lobby; participants join the meeting using the meeting links.
I am contemplating purchasing at least a level 5 of vivomeetings, but need to make sure my software stack integrates. I am currently using Tucalendi as a booking system (linked to my google calendar and zoom). I see that you also have a booking calendar, but I would like to steer away from monthly payments. Is there a way to link Tucalendi to Vivomeetings, or a way to affordably add your booking calendar to a lifetime deal please?

A: Thanks for your inquiry. I don't use Tucalendi; unfortunately, I don't know how it works. VivoCalendar is a separate product and does not offer lifetime deals. We don't have integration with Tucalendi, but most booking systems allow you to add a static URL. You log in to Vivomeetings, copy your default URL, and paste it into Tucalendi. Make sure you turn on the waiting room in Vivomeetings.
