Unfortunately this is a universal setting for now.
They won't think you'll charge them again so long as you state clearly you won't.

Q: Stripe payment page
Hi I have a small marketing agency and i saw a YT video that STRIPE also offer a checkout page with subsciption plans for custumers to make their purchase. 1. What is the difference between Zylvie and Stripe checkout ? 2. On stripe after the customer paid, you can redirect him to the deliverables. Is that also possible with Zylvie? 3. I have an exsiting website, how is the best the integrate Zylvie checkout on my webstie. Is via embed code, and if embed this code do i get a buy button? Or via redirect link to Zylvie? Thank you
1. We add an extra ecommerce layer on top, most importantly is the cart, which allows users to purchase and check out multiple items at once of multiple quantities. We also allow you to create upsells, bump offers, bundles, promo code discounts, limited-time discounts (flash sales), not to mention a ton of workflow automations (i.e. what happens after the purchase, e.g. add buyers to...
We don't have Ideal or Bunq integration yet (as no one has ever asked for it so far), but we'll add it to our feature requests and see if we can integrate that in the future!
Q: Deposits
Is there a way to take a deposit of X amount of $ and then charge the full price down the road at a different $, amount?
Jay_from_Zylvie
Oct 22, 2024A: Hi there,
Yes, you simply need to collect credit card details and store them, which you can set under Settings > Preferences > Checkout.
Once you stored credit card info, you can make a separate charge down the road.

Any chance we could enable this option for some products but not others somehow?
I just don't want people buying a 3$ eBook to think I'm gonna potentially charge them again haha

Q: Hi, Albato integration is ready?
Jay_from_Zylvie
Oct 19, 2024A: Hi there,
We're still considering whether to add Albato integration, as our backlog of feature requests have been growing.
Please note that we prioritize feedback based on their importance and urgency, not necessarily based on what other LTDs our users already own.
Hope this clarifies.
With thanks,
Jay
Q: Adding products via Rest API
Hi, is it possible to add products via Rest API? At this point there is no option for it, will this be possible in the near future?
Jay_from_Zylvie
Oct 16, 2024A: Hi Tim,
This isn't possible yet via API.
The closest thing we have is a bulk upload CSV feature.
We'll definitely add it in the future, since it seems to be important!
With thanks,
Jay
Q: Do you offer Ideal or direct to account payment options like that of Bunq?
I utilize Ideal or the direct payment linking of Bunq i.e. https://bunq.me/ubuntu for instance can these be utilized instead of stripe?

Can we place a potential payment link ourselves? or are there only predetermined options such as stripe we have to use?
Hi Ermay,
What kind of payment link do you want to place?
If you use our checkout, it's either Stripe (which includes credit cards, buy now pay later, etc.) and very soon, PayPal.
Otherwise we also have the option to link the product landing page's buy button to an external payment link.

Jay
Any plans of integrating Klarna?
Hi there,
Klarna integration is already live!
All you need is a Stripe account, and you have to enable Klarna under Settings > Preferences.
With thanks,
Jay
