Q: Tickets and CRM🤔 .

1️⃣One thread
When handling tickets and CRM, the most important thing is that everything related to one issue should be handled within one thread.
This makes it easier to use, because instead of several e-mails in the inbox/outbox there is only one collective thread, and when you enter it, all e-mails are displayed.

📚Merge e-mails
The function of merge different e-mails into one thread would also be useful because sometimes several e-mails from different people or email may concern the same matter (e.g. several company employees who sent a report regarding the same topic).

I have tier 3 with chat.myagency.com subdomain. Once I create a workspace for my client with their branding, can I set up a subdomain chat.myclient.com and they use that link to access their workspace?

According to the latest update, we can start a WhatsApp conversation using Anychat (only for WhatsApp QR integration). so What does QR mean? Do we no longer need a business API to use WhatsApp?

A: QR means you can connect your phone number by scanning QR code. You can connect both a Business and a regular WhatsApp number by scanning the QR code. But this type of connection has one limitation - no buttons and lists are supported. You can use only plain text, images, etc... (all those things that can be used with regular (non-business) WhatsApp app.

Q: Straico API implementation

Could it be possible for AnyChat to support the Straico API?

Straico is a multi-LLM provider that has been on Lifetime Deal several times and they include a number of models - well beyond those offered by a single provider.

LTD holders, like myself, get a monthly allotment of credits and I’d love to combine Straico and AnyChat together. Their API is pretty straight-forward and I’d love to see AnyChat support this rather than putting more money into Open AI that's only supported on the platform.

Q: After Chat Flows done setting on AnyChat Workspace on my WhatsApp, Facebook and other social media.

Q: AI LLMs and models Integration

Hi Andrew, are you considering other AI models like connections? While ChatGPT is good.. a starter level for simple tasks may prefer Gemini that (free version available) or even DS.
I have other tools that use AI and a simple method to allow any model without getting involved in the connections seems to be the integration with OpenRouter or Straico. These tools handles all the new model integration super fast and make it available by just an api key as a regular chatgpt.

Would love to know if you are open to this.

1. What are chat agents? Is it sub users?

Q: widget goes offline

Whenever my phone display turns off or the device goes into sleep mode, the chat widget immediately shows an 'offline' status. Is this due to a configuration issue on my end, or is it a limitation in how the widget handles background activity?
