Q: Archive not working

My whatsapp number already linked to Anychat. I've joined a few whatsapp group where its already archived in my whatsapp business app. In Anychat, i've archive and mute those group but it keep appearing in chats & notifications. is there any way to fix this?

A: Those options will not archive or mute your chats on WhatsApp. They only work for Anychat.

Q: How to Deactivate Workspace for Admin or Agent for another Workspace?

How to Deactivate Workspace for Admin or Agent that I create for my client on another UNLIMITED Workspace because Agency Package has been closed and your side was recommend us to using Workspace as replacement to another client? Because impossible if client can create another workspace also. Need this answer ASAP. thankyou for your helps

A: You must remove the agent from the workspace to prevent them from logging in.

Q: Workspace vs Agent

What is the difference between an Workspace an an AI Agent. If level 3 has unlimited workspaces, but only 25 Agents, does this mean any workspaces over the 25 are not usable?

A: Workspace is the entity that has its own settings, channels, agents, etc... Each workspace can have up to 25 human agents and unlimited AI agents.

Q: I was just recently told in this forum that Tier 3 was the agency plan

Hello. I was told in this forum that Tier 3 was the agency plan yet after I purchased Tier 3 and looked what was enabled, by looking at the detailed comparison on the Anychat site, it shows that I got NONE of the Agency features. Can someone let me know why that is?

Q: Microsoft 365 shared mailbox support

Hi AnyChat team,

I am considering AnyChat for a shared inbox workflow and want to confirm whether you support Microsoft 365 shared mailboxes.

I have a shared mailbox such as e.g., 'team at my domain'. The mailbox itself should not be used with direct login credentials. Instead, my licensed Microsoft 365 user has Full Access and Send As permissions for that shared mailbox.

Currently, we only support email-to-ticket functionality through email integration. This means each incoming email will be converted into a ticket, allowing your team to respond accordingly.
You can connect your Office365 inbox to the email-to-ticket system using the Microsoft OAuth method.
