Hi. Does your Campaigns feature support outbound WhatsApp broadcast messages to an uploaded contact list, with clickable links? And does this require the WhatsApp Business API or can it work via the WhatsApp Business App?

A: Hello.
Yes, with campaigns, you can send bulk messages (WhatsApp templates) to your contact list. This feature is only supported by the WhatsApp Business API. You can also connect the phone number used in the WhatsApp Business App through coexistence.
