I buy alot Chatbot and supportdesk at Appsumo like MyAlice, Desku , But i must said you are completed Soild products have all features . but i have some question about feature : - Chatbot : can we have chatbot for FB/IG DM/Viber also ? ETA time ? - AI Assitant : can you expand list to Model of API of Claude/Germini/Deepseek/Grok ? i see have OpenRouter not sure about if can select model i want...
