Depending on your plan, you will have a limit of 3, 5, or unlimited such connections. 2 - In terms of WhatsApp, yes, you can create templates in different languages. But auto-translation is not supported.

Hi i just want to know this before purchasing and it fullfills my need or not?
1. if someone whatsapp me then AI will automatically responses to that person from the knowledgebase? 2. Does the knowledgebase has option to import or fetch data from PDF & website URL ? 3. Do i need to store response for each question the user will ask on whatsapp or AI will tackle the query and understand it and then gives the response itself

A: Hello. 1 - yes, you can connect AI to WhatsApp 2 - yes, you can use internal knowledge base, files (PDF, MD, etc..) and website links to train AI 3 - AI will retrieve responses from your knowledge base, but you must describe everything in detail for AI to deliver accurate answers.
Have you considered implementing voice assistant features, for example, using the Elevenlabs API, that would answer voice calls, such as phone calls, WhatsApp calls, or a dedicated widget on your website?
This is a hot topic right now, and people are looking for it.
And AI can offer the greatest relief from phone calls, saving hours when someone calls a company.

A: At this moment, we don't have voice features. We have this in our backlog, but I'm not yet sure about ETA.
🤔 The scenario would be that the chatbot talks on the phone using voice when answering the phone (e.g. via Voip, Whatsapp...) and additionally the text record appears in the internal chat as evidence and can be analyzed by a human or artificial intelligence.
I saw that you're already using Twilio for SMS. You could also use it for voice and VoIP calls to receive calls from outside, or even make outside calls in the future.

Is it possible to make the chat widget only display when the support team is in the dashboard?
Or to prevent certain features from being used when neither I nor anyone else on the team is logged in to the dashboard?
