If I buy the Basic Agency does each Agency client get their own account with their own inbox? Are all agency clients on the same dashboard or is the account completely separate? How many agents does each agency client get? Does each client get 10 agents?

A: Hello. Yes, each of your client will be able to log in to their own account and have their own inbox. Those accounts are completely separate. Each client has a limit of 10 agents.

1 - Yes, AI assistants are only available with OpenAI and Straico. OpenRouter doesn't have built-in RAG functionality.

I created a Header Button but when i switch profiles to another workspace the button disappears , where can i switch that button on to show with all my workspaces or better yet is there a way i can choose what workspaces my header buttons show up in (ref: settings/agency settings/custom links/Dashboard header buttons
