Is agency plan same as Growth Plan or do we need to buy anything extra for Agency Plan?

I am using anychat and I think it is great. I have 2 agents and I am the Admin.
I understand that Agents are able to see all chats.

1 - Is there an option to ONLY allow them to see chats ( threads ) assigned to them? If so, how and where can I set this permission?
2 - Is there a way to autoassign chats ( threads ) based on Tags or Icebreakers on all 3 channels, FB, IG and Live Chat?

I recently learned that OpenAI will be deprecating the Assistants API, and it’s scheduled to be fully removed in August 2026. They’ve recommended migrating to the newer Responses API instead.

Do you have a plan or timeline to migrate to the Responses API?

Will this change affect any existing features or integrations?

I just want to make sure we’re prepared ahead of time and avoid any disruption when the Assistants API is discontinued.
