A: Hello. No, unfortunately Anychat still doesn't support Instagram comments. We are still working on this, but Meta repeatedly rejects our application.
ok, meaning as soon you will fix this obstacle it will be implemented.. since ManyChat solved it, it should not be any restriction. Could you explain if one Inbox integrations = only one SoMe Platform/ account?

Let's say a customer sends a message in English, but my preferred language as an agent is German.
Ideally, I would like the workflow to be:
Customer writes in English. The system automatically translates the message into German for me. I reply in German. The system automatically translates my reply back into English for the customer.
