The Growth plan is not an agency plan. We discontinued agency plans back in February of this year.

Q: Hello, Workspace Isolation

I am interested in buying tier 3 Growth plan.

I understand the Agents included 25 in Growth Plan of Appsumo lifetime deal are team members.

I am guessing they (team members) can as well pass for clients, right?

My question is me as admin, can I invite client to a workspace and set permission or restrict client from seeing other workspaces?

A: Hello.
Yes, you can add team members directly to the workspace. They will not be able to view other workspaces.

Q: Is it possible to integrate with Airbnb?

I work with vacation rentals agencies that have Airbnb at the core of their communications. Would it be possoble to include the Airbnb messages in the single inbox?

We would be happy to implement Airbnb integration; however, they seem not welcoming new developers. We have been trying to register for a few days in a row, but we always receive the message: "Unfortunately, a server error prevented your request from being completed. Airbnb may be undergoing maintenance or your connection may have timed out. Please try again."

Q: 🗨️Customer accessibility in Chat

Is it possible to make the chat widget only display when the support team is in the dashboard?

Or to prevent certain features from being used when neither I nor anyone else on the team is logged in to the dashboard?
