If I connect my existing WhatsApp Business number using Coexistence and import the last 180 days of chat history, can I run an AI workflow on those existing conversations to analyze and classify each contact based on the previous conversation, update CRM tags/fields, and do all this WITHOUT sending any message to the contact? I want AI to analyze my old sales conversations and identify which leads are worth following up.
I just realised that Viber connection is... still in progress and for instagram you only accept professional accounts. Do you have any plans to add the Viber chats as well as the private accounts for instagram? If yes, when? Regards, George
Are we able to send contact information via webhook to a CRM or another app? It looks like all those items are still "planned" in the webhook section. The ability to send information from one of your forms to my CRM would be huge. I've messaged you on your website, and nobody answers your chats, which is kind of ironic. Thanks.
