Hi Andrew! Just got a license — looks good. Need to clarify a few things, and hopefully move to a bigger deal later.
1. What backend languages do you use? 2. I need to send audio messages in WhatsApp. What options do I have for adding them into flows or maybe using canned messages? 3. I have a GPT-agent-based test. Right now we’re using Zoho. Can it be integrated with and work on your platform? 4. Some plans mention reseller/agency rights. What exactly can we offer clients under those plans?
Hi, is it possible to use AnyChat for lead generation? It’s currently not clearly evident, as AnyChat is more geared towards support. But combining both would be pretty cool!

Hi, I bought this deal in 2023. I don't remember if there were so many tiers back then. However, what I would like to know is that I had purchased the license and now I see there are different limits with respect to features on different tiers that you have here now. But for a license that was purchased in 2023, which of these tiers is it mapped to? Could you please clarify?

A: Hello. It depends on how many codes you have. Our previous pricing was: 1 code - Multisite plan 2 codes - Basic Agency plan 3 codes - Unlimited Agency plan
Inside the platform I cannot find out which plan I am on, either the code based plans that you have mentioned or the new starter, advanced, and growth plans which are mentioned on the AppSumo page. Can you tell me how to find out which plan I am on?
And whether these earlier 3 code-based plans map directly to the new starter, advanced, and growth plans or they had their own feature limits ?

Q: Hello, Workspace Isolation
I am interested in buying tier 3 Growth plan.
I understand the Agents included 25 in Growth Plan of Appsumo lifetime deal are team members.
I am guessing they (team members) can as well pass for clients, right?
My question is me as admin, can I invite client to a workspace and set permission or restrict client from seeing other workspaces?

Yes, you can add team members directly to the workspace. They will not be able to view other workspaces.
