Basically, there are a few steps:
- Configure the widget and install it on your website (if applicable)
- Connect your channels if you want to communicate with your customers via those platforms (such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.)

Hi Andrew,

I’d like to confirm one specific WhatsApp use case.

Can I connect my personal WhatsApp number via QR code and have AnyChat automatically let a trained AI Assistant reply to inbound messages based on my knowledge base, documents, website links and custom instructions?

Yes, you can connect your personal WhatsApp account, and AI can reply to your customers based on the provided context.
This works the same way for every channel.
We do not impose any extra fees for AI and API services, but you will be billed directly by the AI provider. If you utilize the official WhatsApp API, they will also bill you directly.
