AnyChat.one: A Complete, Honest Tool That Truly Delivers

AnyChat.one has been an excellent tool for our work. It is a complete solution that truly delivers what it promises. One of the things that impressed me the most is the company’s seriousness and honesty: they genuinely respect the meaning of “lifetime”, keep updating the platform, and show a real commitment to their users.

The tool also offers amazing and very useful features for daily operations. For our team, it has made our workflow much easier, improved internal organization, and significantly enhanced the way we communicate with our customers. It helped us work in a faster, more integrated, and more professional way.

Love it!

I've been using AppSumo for over 8 years and have purchased more than 20 products. Surprisingly, this is actually my first review on the platform.

Before purchasing AnyChat, I spent several days testing it thoroughly, and I have to say I was genuinely impressed.

### What I Like

* The documentation is quite clear. There is definitely a learning curve because there are many features and integrations to configure, but I was able to get most things working within a day or two. I don't think it's too difficult, even for people with limited technical experience.

* The interface is better than some reviews suggest. Personally, I had no major issues with it and found it fairly easy to navigate.

* I encountered a few minor issues with the widget, but nothing critical. Most of the time I tried to solve them myself, and if needed I can always contact support.

* Building flows takes some learning, and sometimes I succeed while other times I don't. That's part of the process. However, having a few more ready-made templates would be extremely helpful, especially for beginners.

* I made an effort to test almost every feature, even those I may not personally need. I also tested multiple languages, and overall the results were very good.

### What I'm Still Waiting For

**1. Appointment Booking**

This is probably the biggest feature request from my perspective.

AnyChat already does an excellent job answering questions, but if it could directly access calendars, manage bookings, and schedule appointments automatically, it would become much easier for me to sell to clients.

At the moment, my workaround is to detect booking-related keywords and send those requests to email, but a native booking system would be a huge improvement.

**2. Translation Features**

Many of my clients interact with foreign customers every day. Sometimes the biggest challenge isn't answering questions—it's writing the answer in the correct language.

I have seen other chatbot platforms offer translation features, but they require users to access the admin panel and, honestly, the translations are often poor.

A well-designed translation system inside AnyChat would solve a real business problem for many users.

### Final Thoughts

I originally wanted to give this product an 8/10 because there is always room for improvement.

However, I'm giving it a **10/10** because I can clearly see the effort and dedication behind the product. The platform has improved significantly, the team continues to develop it, and it has become one of my favorite AppSumo purchases.

Awesome Product | You should Buy it

Here is my honest review of the product. First of all, I give it an 8.5/10 or 4 stars (whichever you prefer) due to two specific points that currently concern me.The Good:It is a project that keeps growing.The creator is [Note: text is incomplete in the original].It is a high-quality tool (tested by both my clients and myself to date).They have improved most of their documentation, and some articles include videos.You can pay to get a white-label app to monitor chats.It is very comprehensive and continues to expand.It features many useful extra tools (though configuring them is tedious, especially for clients looking for a functional tool in minutes).The Bad:If you plan to build your own chatbot service, you cannot create pre-configured material (e.g., templates in your language or client-configured templates).You still have to manually modify some elements to prevent "Anychat" from appearing instead of your own brand.If a client requests support, you cannot view anything on their dashboard from your account, making it impossible to assist them.Ticket response times are very long.Lack of clarity regarding where your (or your clients') resources are stored and how long they remain valid before deletion (clients trust they last forever).It lacks a tutorial (or video) on how to build a proper chatbot for beginners, making it a semi-useless feature for new users.The Concerning (for me):As a tool purchased on AppSumo, we know these projects sometimes end up dying. Anychat is an excellent purchase, but it makes you question its long-term viability or suitability as a client service. It could disappear overnight, creating problems with clients, or you could invest time white-labeling the tool only for it to vanish later for any reason.This has been the main reason why I currently do not sell it as a service. Instead, I offer it for "free" to avoid liability with clients, preventing a situation where they purchase a product and it disappears a month later.It has been on the market for almost 3 years, and I hope it stays that way, but you never know. As I mentioned, customer service is very slow or sometimes non-existent.ConclusionI do recommend this tool; it is good and highly useful. They have improved significantly over the past 2 years, and I rarely experience issues with the platform. Honestly, it is my best AppSumo purchase.

Nothing good until now

We have been using AnyChat for almost 2 weeks, and we have a problem with WhatsApp integration. We sent a support email 4 days ago, and no one answered until now.

So no support at all!!

We will send back the deal, unfortunately, and we do not recommend it.

I had change the token for a new one, the integration starts work, I can send templates but when a customer replay my template the answer never get back to AnyChat.
How to solve it?

This is honestly the best AppSumo purchase I have ever made.

I used to pay a customer support team member to handle replies, answer leads, and manage conversations. After using AnyChat, the AI chatbot is now handling most of that work for me automatically. It genuinely feels like it replaced one of my team members.

What impressed me even more is the founder. Super responsive. I found a bug, reported it, and it was fixed within 24 hours. I also suggested adding message delays to make conversations feel more natural, and he replied almost instantly saying they were already working on it.

That kind of responsiveness is rare.

The app itself is powerful, easy to use, and actually solves a real business problem. If you do lead generation, customer support, appointment booking, or client communication, you need this tool.

I would give this 10 stars if possible.

Huge respect to the founder. Building something like this is genius.
