Surprisingly Powerful All-in-One Communication Platform
Hello Team Andrew,
I’ve tested MANY live chat and customer communication platforms over the years, and honestly, AnyChat surprised me more than I expected.
At first, I thought this would just be another simple website chat widget. But after spending time inside the platform, I realized it’s actually a full customer communication ecosystem with a crazy amount of depth.
What impressed me most is that AnyChat is not limited to just live chat. It combines multi-channel messaging, chatbot flows, AI integration, ticketing, forms, CRM-style contact management, knowledge base tools, automation, and white-label capabilities into one platform. For agencies and SaaS owners, that’s huge.
The customization is honestly one of the strongest parts of the platform. The widget can be heavily customized, and the number of integrations/channels available is impressive. WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, Instagram, Slack, Discord, forms, email, and more can all be unified into one inbox.
One thing I REALLY appreciate is that the developers seem very active. Looking through AppSumo questions and community discussions, it’s clear the team is continuously improving the platform and responding to users. That gives confidence for a long-term LTD purchase.
For agencies specifically, this deal is kind of insane.
Unlimited domains + unlimited clients + white-label + custom domain capabilities at this pricing is honestly hard to find nowadays. Most platforms charge monthly per agent, per inbox, or per website. Here you can potentially build an entire client communication service around it.
Another thing I liked is the AI flexibility. Instead of locking users into one AI provider, AnyChat supports multiple AI providers and BYO API setup. That gives much more freedom and future-proofing.
The shared inbox experience is also solid. Managing conversations from multiple channels in one place feels clean and organized. This alone can replace several separate tools for many businesses.
Now for the honest part:
This is NOT a “5-minute setup and master everything instantly” type of tool.
The platform is feature-rich, and because of that, there’s definitely a learning curve — especially with automations and chat flows. Beginners may initially feel overwhelmed. But once you understand the structure, the possibilities become powerful.
I also think the UI/UX can still improve in some areas, and there are a few advanced features I’d love to see expanded further. But considering the pace of development, I’m optimistic.

I realy liked, but API whatsapp its not working
I had a very frustrating experience with AnyChat. The platform simply does not allow message sending properly, even when the contacts and CSV formatting are correct. I spent hours trying different formats and configurations, but the system keeps failing during import or sending.
The support response was slow, and there is very little clear documentation about the required contact format. For a tool that promises WhatsApp automation, reliability should be the minimum.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it for serious marketing campaigns or business communication.

I have a few questions:
1 - Is it possible to receive messages from Facebook and Instagram post comments?
2 - Is it possible to include external API or MCP connections so that the bot can execute a meeting schedule using an API to call Google Calendar, for example?
3 - Is it possible, in the conversation flow, to establish the assignment of the conversation to an agent according to the context of the messages or simply end (shut down) the bot if the lead is not qualified?
4 - In Tier 3, can I have two distinct workspaces? I have two companies, each with 4 employees, so can I create two spaces so that the 4 employees of Company A log in and only view the inbox and messages of that company?
5 - How many users can I have in Tier 3?
