Each time I access Anychat admin to configure it, im overwelmed from what it has to offer. When I purchsed it I wasnt aware how much its loaded with usful features. plan 3 provides an agency plan with unlimited possbilites to ru your business from chat, CRM, knowlegebase you name it!

One downside is the lack of chatbot to answer questions but they did invested with docs and tutorials.

i have just seen a couple of days of this, but based on other apps, this is completely outstanding!!

Very useful features, very friendly interface, this app has more features that are already very well polished! Different communication channels into a single one, CRM for contacts capabilities, whitelabelling for a custom domain, etc!

By far the best deal I’ve ever found on AppSumo. The platform itself is smooth, powerful, and impressive. And the founder? Absolutely outstanding. His support, commitment, and responsiveness make the entire experience even better. Simply amazing!

This platform is VERY powerful, I'm really amazed with the features it has, as i have yet to encounter an issue. I struggled initially with understanding it, but once you get the gist of it wow wow wow!!!

The only features i think it misses (specially since it already has all the integration work done) are the Comments/DMs/Stories features for Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Things like:
- Auto-reply to comments (matching words), using a workflow or sequence
- Auto-reply to DM's (matching words), using a workflow or sequence
- Auto-reply to Story's reactions (matching words), using a workflow or sequence
