I think i first got this 3 years ago (at least 2 years for sure). I needed it for chat widget with some customisation options and option to connect it to things like Whatsapp, Messenger, ...
I upgraded it recently, because it has been solid and there is also a lot of new stuff added. I didn't immediately needed an upgrade, but didn't want to miss the deal and i think more sites could need a quick chat option. A lot of things i still need to explore, but it is clear that it deserves attention. Also want to mention that i had a quick response for my question per mail.

Many features are a bit hidden here on Appsumo casually under 'show all included features', but i think it is good to mention most of them again, like ticket organisation, Whatsapp campaigns, Chat flows, Contacts, Mail form option, AI assistance and connection to several services (like Straico which is/was also on Appsumo), Tasks, Logs and more. You can build a fully custom widget (add several elements) and such. There are apps (iOS / Android from Anychat) or connect Tawk.to app and such. Integrations for Wordpress and so on.

Room for improvement? Maybe some improvement for contrast for the dashboard dark mode colors. The gray (rgb(97, 97, 97)) is a bit dark.

There is probably more possible. Trying things out like getting the URL of the page when someone opens chat (which is maybe possible with some JS code snippet) to use this in chatflow so for example if someone needs more info on a product (visiting product page or something) text will be send to agent or as chat message. Anyways.. 5 taco's.

AnyChat has significantly improved how I interact with visitors on my website. The real-time chat feature is fantastic, and I love that I can customize the widget to match my site's look. It saves me a lot of time and makes customer support seamless. Highly recommend it!

I have been using the app for almost two years now, and I can see how dedicated the founder is to continuously improving it. The updates might not be obvious to everyone, but if you’re using the app, you’ll notice them. I’m also active in the AnyChat Facebook group, where they share all the updates.

This app is definitely worth getting! I highly recommend it, and if I were you, I’d jump on the Agency plan, as they will be removing it soon. Those who get it now are lucky, as it won’t come back. It’s a powerful app that can even replace your WBIZTool or any WhatsApp notification service using QR (without paying META). They offer a full API and webhook, which you can use to automate your workflows.

One more thing: In the last 2–3 weeks, they have implemented the official META WhatsApp API, which allows you to create campaigns for sending marketing messages to your contacts.

This tool should cost at least ten times the current price; it's absurdly cheap for everything it includes.

I've bought almost 15 tools from AppSumo, and this is definitely in my top three, even though the others cost me several times more.

This product isn't just a floating icon that appears on a website. As someone who works in digital marketing and often creates things, I'm using it extensively because it adds so much value to what I offer.

Highly recommended, and they should even raise the price.
