Do your audits include IP addresses from the signer? Do you have contact profiles that can be saved that include their title and the company information? So when you select a name next on a specific document, it'll auto-populate all that information in the fields?
Also UETA compliant, and it provides the following? The identity of the signer (e.g., email, IP address), The date and time of the signing event, A summary of all signing activities, A tamper-evident certificate to prove the document has not been changed.
Just to confirm when someone logs in the public site they don't have the ability to sign using Bunnydocs , they could only download and sign elsewhere ?
If I create templates and send them out to clients do they have to sign up an account before they sign them once sent? Is their an "audit trail" to have a copy of? Thank you very much.
who owns this, who founded this, why is there 100% no-name no-face on all web presence? You can still sell your company at a high multiple if it is running without a "key man" so you don't need to take credit as a Key Man to give us some reassurance that there is recourse if the founder was some sort of data thief. can you please reconsider your branding so we can trust the ownership and "behind-the-scenes" operations a little more? with a Human involved, we at least know you have something to lose if you were to abuse everyone's data and improperly resell it. thanks for your reconsideration of the appearance here.
