The transcript is always generated in the original language of the video. So, if your video is in English, the transcript will be in English. At the moment, we don't support generating the transcript directly in another language.

no response customer service + bug
I am currently testing the platform under my LTD plan, and this is my very first video project. Unfortunately, I've run into several issues and have not received any response from customer support through the chat, which is disappointing when trying to onboard and evaluate the product.
My main issue is with sharing videos to Meta platforms. I created a video in 9:16 format and want to publish it as a Reel. However, the Share feature only sends a link back to your website instead of publishing or providing a usable video file.
I then downloaded the video as an MP4, but the file could not be read or played properly. Could you please clarify the correct workflow for publishing videos to Meta Reels?
Additionally, I attempted to publish natively to YouTube using my connected channel, but that also did not work.
Finally, the transcript feature failed as well and did not generate any results.
At this point, several core features have not worked during my initial test, and without any response from customer support, it's difficult to properly evaluate the platform. I would appreciate guidance on the intended workflow and troubleshooting steps for these issues.
