A: Hi there,
We were rotating certificates, so it might for some cause 500 error if they loaded the web app right before, as it would start throwing error with the new certificate until you refresh the webpage.
My agency sends post-purchase transactional emails to opted-in customers on behalf of licensed gun shops in the US.
Is this use case allowed on Emailit? Wanna be sure before I invest. Thx!

A: Hi Jack,
This would probably fall under illegal goods, as we are a global platform, and guns and such usually fall under licensing and are fixed to the location. Unfortunately, in emailing, this is hard to limit to a specific area, so I would not recommend using Emailit for this, as it might result in suspension.
Can I press this a bit further? We only ask a licensed retailer's customer if they want to review a legal item they already bought. And we don't collect any order info, only first name, last name, and email. Please reconsider, I'd love to use Emailit :)

In your dashboard, I can see you offer top‑up email credits. I just want to understand a few things about it. 1. Will these top‑ups ever expire? 2. And how are they used? Suppose I have purchased a certain number of top‑up credits, and these are in my account. When my month starts, will the platform first use my monthly quota and then the top‑up credits, or something else? Could you please elaborate on this? Thank you.

2/ Exactly, they will be used as over-quota for the month if needed more than the license allows.
