Yes, exactly. You can have one sending domain you can use across multiple WordPress sites.
You can always remove and add another one.

How fast Emailit can handle to send emails for a list of 50k emails ...?

It can be send faster than a minute, but it takes time for your workspace to get allowence to have rate limit of 50k emails/hour.
The more you send the higher rate limit you can have. As long as you dont break our terms of service.
