Q: SPF is causing problems and not a true alternative to Sendgrid
Emailit uses emailit as SPF record name but Google Workspace uses domain name for SPF record name and on the other hand we can not add two separate SPF records. What we can do is to merge both SPF records to one but the difference in SPF records names do not allow us to do it. This is the conditions which is handled properly by Sendgrid which works besides Google Workspace SMTP. While it is claimed to be an alternative to Sendgrid, I do not consider it alternative to Sendgrid unless this issue is resolved.
Thank you for providing details. Suppose I have a domain (example dot com) and now I want to add two or email smtp providers together to (example dot com) domain. I don't want to use subdomains like (mail.example dot com) for one of them and (sender.example dot com) for another one. If I want to send emails from (user@example dot com) from two providers how Emailit will work in such situations?
The SPF, DKIM and MX will be under emailit.example.com, but the sending domain will be example.com and you can use (anything)@example.com to send emails from.
In the emails, we then refer to emailit.example.com for SPF, Return Path, and signature to verify your domain and sending records.
Go ahead and try to set it up, there is a free tier of 1000/emails so you can sign up for Emailit, and set it up so you can see how it works.
You can go there and add the sending domain "example.com", it will generate DNS records for you under "emailit.example.com" which you need to add (SPF, MX, DKIM) and after verification, you can send emails from (anything)@example.com
Let me ask in an alternative way. If I have already setup an SPF record to send emails from (example dot com) how can I also add Emailit SPF record to send emails from the same (example dot com) domain?
Hi there, *I just bought 2 Tier 1 deals. I activated one for our main email address and it created a workspace. Then I created a second workspace and activated the second tier 1 deal and assigned it to the second workspace.
But when I want to check if everything worked out fine I can only check the usage of the profile/account that was created first - why is that?
Alll I would want to check is the usage of Workspace 1 (which has 1 Tier 1 assigned to it) and Workspace 2. (which has 1 Tier 1 assigned to it.) Is that possible and if yes, how?
I hope this message finds you well. I recently came across your product and am impressed by its features. I would like to inquire whether I can use your SMTP service for both sending and receiving emails. Specifically, I am interested in utilizing Emailit for communication with users and clients on my websites, as well as for sending emails to our subscribers.
I saw in your doc that the hostname and username show your domain smtp.emailit.com and website name email in SMTP credentials. So, is there any way that my client can not know that I am using third-party services?

Nov 13, 2024A: Hi there,
Our records (Including SPF, MX and DKIM) are under our "emailit." subdomain, so it would never interfere with your main domain.
So if you add a sending domain "example.com" the SPF will be under emailit.example.com (no interference with Google Workspace or any other providers).
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Best,
George

As I just replied above, the SPF will be under “emailit.example.com” but the sending email address will be “example.com”

Nov 13, 2024A: Hi there,
you always see the usage of the workspace you are currently in.
It looks like it is an account but it is actually an account "within" active workspace.
I have checked your licenses and they are correctly activated as you said.

Q: Inquiry About SMTP Service Usage
Hi Emailit Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I recently came across your product and am impressed by its features. I would like to inquire whether I can use your SMTP service for both sending and receiving emails. Specifically, I am interested in utilizing Emailit for communication with users and clients on my websites, as well as for sending emails to our subscribers.
Could you please confirm if this is permitted?
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,

Q: SMTP host smtp.emailit.com
Hi
I saw in your doc that the hostname and username show your domain smtp.emailit.com and website name email in SMTP credentials. So, is there any way that my client can not know that I am using third-party services?

Q: Do you have support email
I purchased your product and tried adding a sending domain. Doing so, I got ok for all except for domain key that says invalid. Could you please help?

Nov 7, 2024A: Hi there,
Yes: support@emailit.com or george@emailit.com.
It can take up to 24 hours to verify your domain DNS records. So if you are sure it is valid just give it a time.
