Q: Is automation involved? What is the data retention lifespan if the $149 is paid?
Will the automation feature be included for AppSumo customers once released? You mentioned it will be added soon in 2026. About data retention: campaigns sent after three days will be lost unless you pay a $149 one-time fee or a $50 monthly subscription, correct? I saw that paying $149 lets you set retention from 0 to 365 days. Does that mean data is limited to one year max? Most ESPs don’t limit...

A: Hi there,
We do not have automations. However, you can use any tool with Emailit that does and use our SMTP/API to send emails.
Campaigns statistics are kept forever. Data retention is for email deliveries, events, logs, and messages content, that is being automatically rolled out by the system.
(We are not inbox providers, so you can't really compare us with Gmail, however, even that does...
You nailed it; I never called you an inbox provider. You are trying to twist my questions to avoid answering them. I said the sent content and templates should be saved and kept within the user account up to a certain minimum storage amount (sent messages and media), and you didn’t answer how long you retain data for someone paying $149 (6 months, 1 year, or forever).
Also, please understand that we have here 1000s of different customers with different experiences, I am just making sure you know what our service does and why is so).
So once you compare the mechanism to Gmail, I just wanted to make sure we are on the same page :)
I know what I am saying, and Gmail and Google are just examples to simplify your understanding. You are free to find a new cost split and charging method if you wish. I only wanted you to be clear and straightforward with your customers, as that would help build trust and long-lasting relationships.
understand, but if every workspace is under single account, then is it possible to have lets say 10 million emails/credits per month for a single domain? 5 workspaces with tier 6 = 10 million emails
I see. BTW Tier 6 = 2 million, not 1. Im considering to provide mini ESP service for my clients, but Im concerned about your ToS and other limitations. How can I ensure that one clients bad behavior will not turn into suspending the whole account? Which obviously will effect every other clients accounts. And I do not want that.
Everything is workspace-based, so you need to ensure that it falls under our Acceptable Use Policy, and in case something happens, you need to inform as asap so we can prevent suspensions and such.
when these sending limits (2/sec., 5000/day, 10k subs) can be increased? Lets say that I have a client who has 200k subs and he needs to send 800k emails per month. Could you please tell me the steps (for ex., 5k/day for a week, and then 10k/day for a week, and then 100k/day for a week or something) and most important the time needed, if everything goes perfectly, to reach 800k emails per month?
Since you mentioned that everything is workspace-based, it makes sense to create a separate workspace for each client (1 client = 1 workspace). However, you also said that a single workspace can have a maximum of one Tier 6. So the question is: how can I allocate 2M credits across multiple workspaces? For example, how would one Tier 6 (2M credits) be distributed across 50 workspaces?
That is a big disadvantage, that you can't allocate credits among workspaces. So my question is How do you prevent ONE bad client from getting the WHOLE workspace suspended?
Is Emailit like Mailchimp or Resend? Can I set up automated or transactional email campaigns like: - if someone subscribes to newsletter, send a welcome email - or if someone buys a subscription, send this email - or if a new article is published, send email to subscribers.
Also, is this an alternative to Amazon SES or it’s using Amazon SES itself? Thanks!

A: Hi there,
We are more of alternative to Amazon SES, Resend. We do not depend on any third-parties.
We have our own data center with our own software.
Q: Already a customer question
I have an account with the same email I use here. Can I buy a code and apply it to my account or how does it work?

Jan 10, 2026A: Hi there,
Yes, you can. It is workspace-based so you can apply to any workspace.

Campaigns, templates, contacts, audiences are kept forever.
Only data I mentioned are being rolled out.
You can set between 1-365days with the data retention addon.

Q: stacking
can i stack multiple tier6 under 1 account?
George_Dragit
Jan 10, 2026A: Hi there,
Stack no.
You can have multiple tier 6 licenses, one for each workspace.

can one admin account have mutliple workspaces? If yes, how many?
Yes, unlimited, but each license/ credits are fixed to one workspace.
understand, but if every workspace is under single account, then is it possible to have lets say 10 million emails/credits per month for a single domain? 5 workspaces with tier 6 = 10 million emails
For single domain no.
You would have to have Tier 6 (1m) and purchase the rest credits based on our regular pricing.
I see. BTW Tier 6 = 2 million, not 1. Im considering to provide mini ESP service for my clients, but Im concerned about your ToS and other limitations. Hi Solu, this depends mostly on your compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy. If you follow them, it is pretty simple and can take a few weeks.
Since you mentioned that everything is workspace-based, it makes sense to create a separate workspace for each client (1 client = 1 workspace). However, you also said that a single workspace can have a maximum of one Tier 6. So the question is: how can I allocate 2M credits across multiple workspaces?

You can't.
You would need to purchase Tier 1/2 licenses or credit for each workspace separately.
That is a big disadvantage, that you can't allocate credits among workspaces. So my question is How do you prevent ONE bad client from getting the WHOLE workspace suspended?
Q: Max limit reached
What happens if we reach 2 emails per second or 5000 emails per day limit? Will it stop or be queued for the next second or day?
George_Dragit
Jan 9, 2026A: Hi there,
Emails will be declined. However, those limits are starting limits and can be increased based on your sending needs and history.
