Hola,
Por las particularidades de algunos negocios, necesito evitar que los usuarios cancelen o reagenden sus citas por su cuenta. ¿Hay algún setting en Lapsula donde pueda ajustar esto?
Y, otra pregunta: ¿es posible limitar la cantidad de citas que pide un usuario en un periodo de timepo determinado? por ejemplo, que un cliente solo pueda pedir una cita al año, o una al mes, o dos cada dos semanas.

Es posible deshabilitar la opción de que cancelen/reagenden. Respecto a limitar el número de citas por usuario, no es una opción que tengamos disponible por el momento.
Q: How can I use video call platforms other than Zoom and Google Meet?
It doesn't seem to have a place for me to put the link to other video call platforms.

At the moment, we support these two providers. You can connect them with a free Gmail or Zoom account, no need to have a paid plan on any of these services.
