Hello, Is Lapsula suitable for group dance classes bookings through a wordpress website?
I am looking for some of the following functionality: - each session has multiple places available for people to book - attendee can choose to book any available date in advance - each session has three pricing options: taster, drop in and membership - we collect attendees details such as emergency contact and consent - multiple different classes can happen on the same day and time with different instructors.
At the moment it only works for 1-to-1 appointments, but we are releasing group bookings and events this month. This feature will definitely cover your use case.
We've received a few requests about this. We will first release a public API and Webhooks, and then decide which automation platform to integrate with next.
Do you have bulk scheduling? like i want to book 36 session and , not bother the client with notifications 36 times just once like a pro. Can client schedule and reschedule? the bulk appointments too?
A: Yes, you can create many bookings for one customer just at once, and the customer will only receive one notification + the ability to reschedule and cancel the bookings according to the policy you set up.
You can also create a pack of N sessions for a customer and send him a link to it, then he can choose the dates he wishes for the N sessions 👍
I'm looking to build a hairdresser website using WordPress. A hairdresser may take 4.5hrs for one customer, but there's a period where the hairdresser is free. For example, waiting for the dye to set for an hour. At that time the hairdresser could deal with another customer.
Can you use Conditional logic to book out the 4.5hrs with that 1hr gap or whatever?
