Q: Wordpress Widget and branding

Hello, your product looks great and I before making a decision and investing the time in setting ti up it I would like to know a couple of things, as my current booking solution will close in October and would need something similar:
1. Do you have or plan to have a widget for wordpress? Something that looks like a chatbot, but it's just opens to book an appointment
2. How branded is it? When a client books a session using lapsula, at which touch points (if any) would they see lapsula?
3. Email reminders, am I right to think that I will be able to set it up so that it's sent through my own email address?

2. You can customize your booking page and even add your own domain or subdomain.

We support online payments through Stripe with no commission on our end. If you're performing your services at the customer's location, you can use our custom forms feature (available in the "Services" section of the web application) to ask the user for their address at the time of booking.

Yes, what you're describing is absolutely possible. You just need to create the staff member accounts, set up their schedules, and ensure they are assigned to the correct services. Then, edit the service and turn on the "Mandatory professional selection" setting.

Q: White Label

Hi, I read that you are preparing a white label offer. Do you know when it will be released? I would also like to know if I purchase the available plan now and you release the white label version, how will the transition to the new plan be managed? Another question: I tried to download the app from the store to see how it worked, and as soon as I logged in, it generated some services, but once that was done, it was no longer possible to modify it from the app. Why? Another question: if I have a team, will each of them have to create a different account to manage the app, or will they all log in with the same account?
