Q: Design options and language

Hi!

Is it possible to configure the whole bookingpage/embed in Dutch and also the reminders? Can you send e-mails and Whatsapps trough your own businessmail/number? And can we design the bookingpage/embed completly? I mean the colors, typography and imagry?

We're already working on a Dutch translation for our public pages and communications, though it's not yet available within the application.

WhatsApp messages are sent via your own number once you connect your account in "Settings" > "Plugins & Integrations".

Regarding customizing the booking page and embed, you can change the logo and accent color.

Q: Language School.

Hi.
1. Would your system work for a school that has group (limiting student number) and private lessons? I currently use Google Calendar and a messaging app for my system. I have to receive, reply and enter reservations manually and it's getting harder to keep up.
2. Do you support Japanese?
3. Can i set a lecture to happen every Friday at 8:10 pm to 9pm and allow maximum 8 students to join?
4. (I know this is probably a stretch but) I run classes where some students join remotely while others attend in-school. Can I set up seat limits for both seperately, like 3 online and 8 in class?

A: Hi! 👋

At the moment, we don't support assigning a booking to more than one staff member at a time. However, it is possible to lock the availability of other team members when a booking comes in, thanks to our Google Calendar and Zapier integrations.
