Q: Can this software be used to move a client through the steps of a marketing service delivery?

I run a book marketing service for authors and need a visual timeline to move them through. I also need the software to let my team members access and carry out various aspects of the service.

Q: I’m a contractor working with external teams

A few questions:
1. does the project functionality work with external clients? I would have multiple clients, but one project per client and would want to invite the client to see only their project plan.

2. Does the project show in kanban view rather than having to separately create a kan ban for it?
3. Does your calendar sync with existing calendars?
4. Can you send the forms as a link and responses would be updated in this platform? Or does user have to create an account?

Q: Customize my invoices.

Really cool tool, but I miss the ability to fully customize my invoices.
This makes the tool unusable for me, because I need to be able to completely configure my invoices myself and choose which fields are displayed.
Will this be possible in the near future?

Q: If I buy what I need today in codes, what would be the cost to upgrade in two years if I need more?

A: Great question, mmwoodend. You'll be able to simply buy more when you need to upgrade in the future. However, please note that currently, the maximum number of codes allowed is 5, which covers up to 50 employees. As we plan for future updates, we’ll ensure there are more options available if you need to scale up beyond that.

Q: Appointment for agents

Hi, i need a telemarketer set appointments on any agents calendar.
Is it possible for a User to set appointmnet on another agents's calendar?

A: Hello Federica, for this one, you’ll need to enable the appropriate permissions. You can do this by adjusting the roles and permissions settings.
