Can we use our own LLM model for this? (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
When we use this can it search an external data base using 3rd party (n8n, make, Zapier) or is it strictly prompt based, meaning it can only do what is in the prompt?

For example, we setup if : questions is general, ai agent will response quickly questions related to John's detail, ai agent will ask for password {John password} before response. questions related to Sarah's detail, ai agent will ask for password {Sarah password} before response. If ask specific about company P&C, ai agent will ask for company password {company password} before response

A: Hi, this is very specific. We can do something about passwords in general to access AI Agents (I think we had another request before similar to this one), but I am not sure if we can do something specific to specific questions. We will take a look but specific passwords for specific questions maybe is to narrow and we try to do broad solutions for broad markets :)

A: Hi, I will make a video about this. But you have a section in the AI Knowledge base to add custom text. That custom text should be the place to add content that is tailor to your needs. like "if they ask for an apppointment, please reply this...".

A: Hi, we do not connect to WhatsApp Business. We generate leads and track conversions but we do not manage the conversations. That is not official from WhatsApp and normally are not stable solutions.

We don't do that because is not stable. Connecting your WhatsApp with an inbox is not stable and you may have chats in your phone that are not in your inbox.
