Do I need a saparate WhatApp API key (from you). Since I am an agency do I need to purchase a saparate API key for each of my clients or just one whatsApp key is enough for that. How much is that? And if there is any sending limits?

A: Hi Anka, We keep everything as simple as possible.
1. Reminders for bookings are included but we use our own WhatsApp API. 2. You can set your own reminders with our webhook. Webhook > Make | Zapier | Pabbly > WhatsApp API 3. You can use everything else with WhatsApp API but it is not included in the deal.

We bought this without the (New) Ai Agents and all last year but are we included in the free upgrade? Or do you require anything extra of us?
