A: Hi, For Bulk Messaging and Chat 1/1 you need WhatsApp API and the inbox. The subscription is 500€ x year. That covers everything and it is unlimited but it is not included in the LTD.

Q: ¿Cómo activar el widget desde un botón personalizado en WordPress (GenerateBlocks)?
¡Hola! Acabo de adquirir la oferta de por vida. El widget flotante con el formulario funciona perfectamente. Quiero que mis propios botones en mis páginas (creados con GenerateBlocks) abran el mismo widget, pero no encuentro el método correcto. He intentado añadir el atributo data-chatwith='cw-open' a un bloque de enlace HTML simple, pero no parece funcionar con mis botones de GenerateBlocks. ¿Existe alguna incompatibilidad conocida o alguna clase CSS o función JavaScript específica que deba usar? ¡Gracias!

Hello, I have written several times in the support chat but have not received an adequate or professional response. You say that you have the official module for Prestashop, but apparently it is not compatible with version 8.2 (which has been in use for years now). The link where you can download and view the module leads to a non-existent page. Is it possible to have a clear answer and precise information? Thank you.
