Hola, he seguido los pasos para generar el FAQ AI pero por algun motivo, el mensaje que envia de bienvenido lo manda en ingles, y cuando no tiene respuesta también aunque yo ya le coloque el texto que deberia de salir en el campo como salio en el video de youtube. Como puedo contactar con soporte?

For example, we setup if : questions is general, ai agent will response quickly questions related to John's detail, ai agent will ask for password {John password} before response. questions related to Sarah's detail, ai agent will ask for password {Sarah password} before response. A: Hi, this is very specific. We can do something about passwords in general to access AI Agents (I think we had another request before similar to this one), but I am not sure if we can do something specific to specific questions. We will take a look but specific passwords for specific questions maybe is to narrow and we try to do broad solutions for broad markets :)

A: Hi, I will make a video about this. But you have a section in the AI Knowledge base to add custom text. That custom text should be the place to add content that is tailor to your needs. like "if they ask for an apppointment, please reply this...".
