A: Most of the customer-facing text is editable. We support 15 languages currently for all system text. I can add Croatian if you purchase a white label (3 or more codes). Just write into support afterwards via the support bubble on the site.
Hello, I have several questions about your solution. 1/ I use your solution as an agency. Do you have a plan 6 or 7 to increase the number of requests, for example to 50,000 or 100,000?
2/ Is it also possible to improve the translations on the customer portal? I see that there are some sentence structures in the French that need correcting.
3/ How can MGR know when a customer contacted by email leaves a review directly on Google? The goal is to avoid contacting customers who have already left a review. Thanks

When I tried this over a year ago the set up of cname and WL was super complex and confusing. Is this changed? Any video tutorials for this?

A: It shouldn't be difficult. It's a CNAME and TXT record for each: customer portal, images, api, and widget tag. There is a white label setup guide, and AI answers now on the site: https://docs.moregoodreviews.com/agencies/white-label
I have made improvements to the process and I get far less tickets nowadays. I have gotten praise actually regarding how easy it is.
1) I want to use this for my agency. For the different plans, how many companies can I deal with? Or do you just go by the number of requests sent as a total?
2) Is there an option to reply to new reviews that come in?

A: 1. Only the requests. It is technically unlimited for customers. 2. You can reply on Google via the platform (and soon Facebook, with an integration coming).
Also, the replies can be set to be automated with AI.
You have a lot of options: Manual entry, CSV upload, HubSpot, Stripe, REST API, Zapier, Pabbly, Make.com, or BCC the project email address when sending an email to the customer.

A: Yes, absolutely. With the agency white label, they would have their own custom portal to sign into, as well. The software does all the outreach to their customers to request reviews, and can send customers with positive experiences to their Google listing, it can sync reviews, reply to reviews automatically with AI, and set them up with widgets to embed on their website.

How do we get the contact details from a business into the software so it sends out the requests? Is it only zapier that can do this?
