A: Yes, absolutely. With the agency white label, they would have their own custom portal to sign into, as well. The software does all the outreach to their customers to request reviews, and can send customers with positive experiences to their Google listing, it can sync reviews, reply to reviews automatically with AI, and set them up with widgets to embed on their website.
Hi there. Can you tell me how this would help someone who is using woo commerce? I guess I would have to take the reviews and put them on my site as they come in? Thanks!

A: You should be able to embed reviews for your business on any site using the 1-line embed code for any of the widgets.
Keep in mind this software is for business reviews (not meant for product reviews). But if you're able to import customers into the system, it will do the outreach to get more reviews for your business on Google or anywhere else you need them.
Are requests initially sent via email, followed by three subsequent follow-up emails? The SMS messages are optional on our end? Are additional emails allowed? Between the two (email & sms) how long can a campaign be to collect reviews or is there a limit?

A: Yes to email. SMS is optional and one of three external services are required to use it. Twilio for example. You have the option of sending up to 3 reminders spaced X days apart. If no review given, you can enable “retries” after a cooldown period. That will retry sending the request and its reminders up to 2 times max. This can only be done once per customer automatically.
Is the option to allow leads to start for free also available for me on tier 3 using the White Label feture?

A: By default, they do get full access. You can restrict the project though by managing overrides on it. And you can suspend a project whenever you want.
That is how I designed it. To be a tool agencies can offer their clients. They need to go into the agency account and set up the project and invite client to the project. They bill them however they see fit.

Q: Will the API and integrations be white label?
Or will the white label clients see reference to More Good Reviews?
scottvayner
Jan 18, 2026A: They are and can be. Just add your CNAME for the api in the agency domain section.

Is your experience that most users manage to setup the system themselves?
