Hello, 1) The Review requests per month for Tier 3 is 15,000. Does this mean if I signup 15 clients I can only limit their requests to at least 1,000 per month or can they each have 15,000 (the 15,000 must be distributed amongst all clients)? 2) I see that you provide a Hosted kiosk page with a QR code. Will a client be able to add the QR code on a Flyer/Email/Business Card?
It’s a bank of 15,000 monthly and you can restrict clients to however many you want. You can also stack more codes for 5,000 more each. And yes. You can download the QR and put it anywhere.
I'd like to send my customers a monthly analytical report on their reviews for the past month, set against analysis of their historical reviews. Breaking down reviews by review site and average score. Do you have such a customer report?

A: There is a weekly report you can switch on for a user. However, the new MCP server can do any report you can imagine. And you can run recurring skills in Claude. Read more on that here: https://docs.moregoodreviews.com/platform/mcp-server
Q: Account activation & Google Sheet reviews import
Hello, I just purchased the deal but my account is showing a 7-day free trial and I can't find where to apply my code. Also, I would like to know how to upload my reviews via a Google Sheet. I have also sent an email to your support. Is it possible to look into this to solve it fast? Thank you.

A: Hi, I replied via support channel. To do a Google Sheet integration, that's doable using Zapier - or you can simply upload CSVs on the reviews page.
If I get a White Label tier, I was wondering how the client setup would work? I have all my Stripe account and Twilio setup, but I'm wondering after I take their payment, do I have to manually setup each project/client? Just trying to figure this out before I decide how to proceed.

A: You'd bill them yourself with Stripe. And you do need to set up the projects for them, and invite them to the projects so they can log in (if you want to). You only need 1 Twilio account. All projects can share that. I would do a different messaging service for each client though, and connect the Twilio integration in the Settings > Integrations section for each project.
Hello! The tool is interesting. Would it be something that a fiction author might be able to use to generate buzz? Is there any way to integrate with Amazon (even an author page on Amazon?)

A: If you have a customer list you can send emails to, this can absolutely take them to your Amazon page to leave one. You can also import reviews either manually or with a CSV file to display them as widgets on your own site.
You can also probably hook it up via Zapier to automate asking for reviews after purchase, if Amazon provides emails of purchasers.
