Q: I need to create a customer feedback flow: can you help ?

I need to create a customer feedback flow: If a customer's rating/feedback is "good" or "excellent," suggest an AI-generated review, allow the user to copy it, and then redirect them to a Google review page (e.g., smartcqr.connectitapp.com).

A: As of now. There is a button under the field to write a review (native). Where they can press that and have a review generated. Once they leave a native review, it can present links to Google or other services, where that review is already copied so they can paste it in.

If that doesn’t work. How do you envision the flow?

Q: Kiosk Page

Please could you explain what the Kiosk page is? We work with tradesmen, when they finish a job we would like for them to be able to display a QR code for the customer to scan and leave a review. I am hoping your Kiosk page will do this but I am unclear how this works in this instance?

A: That is the purpose of it. Originally it was meant to be a page to display on a tablet in a store. The code links to the review page to leave the review.

A: 1. You can stack more codes, each carrying 5,000 more monthly requests
