Q: Can customers choose their preferred review platform?
Hi,
We mainly use google for reviews but some customers don't have a google account. Is there an option for them to choose their preferred review platform? for example google or trustpilot?
This was previously answered by Scott Vayner who said: Yes — you can reveal links or redirect to any platform from your review page so customers can choose Google, Trustpilot, etc.; it does prescreening/filtering by default (shows a private feedback form for negative ratings and won’t link out); and the workflow is: import your customers, the system requests reviews automatically each day, and you...
I have ever already purchased 3 codes. I emailed you about a week ago on your website, but haven't received a reply, so I'm posting here. As an agency, I would like to add a customer to a Japanese client's project. Could you please translate the entire client page into Japanese? I'm Japanese, so I can help if you want.

A: I’m not sure that will translate or display well. I suppose I can try. I use Google Translate to do the translations.
So does your system allow me to setup for example, 20 different clients within the account and each client has their own review request setup via their domain?
Hi there. I'm a very small business with a few products for sale. I do hope to scale but I don't want to overbuy. First of all, can I downgrade during the 60 day trial? I currently have a wordpress site and woocommerce and am wondering how the integration with stripe and google would help me. Basically wondering if tier 3 is the way that I need to go. Could you help me in plain language to know what would appeal to me in tier 3 or if I would be buying too much to go with that plan? Thanks!

A: You only need one code if this is for yourself. And you can always refund with AppSumo if it doesn’t work for you.

Thank you! So the integration features are only helpful for agencies?
Integrations are available on all plans. The agency allows a full white label for marketing agencies to use the product for their own clients.
