We are considering purchasing Tier 5. Although we occasionally receive external reviews, we prefer to keep full control over customer feedback. We want to avoid situations where customers leave negative reviews simply because they didn’t receive a discount, didn’t get what they wanted, or try to pressure us by threatening reviews. Is it possible to set up our own review page—fully under our control—without linking to external platforms such as Trustpilot or similar services?

A: Yes, of course that is possible. There a number of ways to configure the pages. You do not need to add redirects to any 3rd party services OR buttons/links to them either. Or you can do so, only if the rating is a 5.
I use a tool already for Google reviews, if the user selects 4/5 stars it integrates and leaves the review on Google otherwise asks for feedback.
Can your platform do this? Do you also support webhooks to add new users to campaigns or webhook out kiosk form fills?

A: Can you explain this step? "it integrates and leaves the review on Google"
Does the customer still have to write the review into Google?
What MGR will do is redirect the customer to Google to leave the review if 4 or 5 (depending on your settings), otherwise present the form for internal feedback. I assume it is the same flow.
By webhook, I assume you mean a RESPT API or app connector to add...
Q: Questions about using More Good Reviews for multiple businesses
I am considering purchasing More Good Reviews for my businesses and would appreciate a few clarifications:
1. I own around five different businesses, each with its own Google Maps page and reviews. Which plan should I purchase to support multiple businesses/accounts?
2. Is the review landing page customizable, both in terms of text and language, specifically for use in Hebrew?
Q: Clarification on “Projects,” Domains, and Integrations
I’m reviewing the AppSumo plans and had a few questions:
What exactly does a “project” include? Does each project get its own domain, email address, and review page, or is that part of the Agency (3-code) plan only?
For the single-code plan, what integrations are available? Does it include API or webhook access for tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier?
The first two plans don’t list any customer...

A: Yes, a project includes everything needed for a brand to use the service. Each project can have its own sending domain and CNAME to the review pages. All plans allow for creation of projects.
All plans have integrations available to them, including Zapier, Make, REST API, and webhooks.
There are no limits on customers, and you can restrict them on each project under the agency plan. If you...
Q: Software Clarification Questions
Hello Support Team,
1.) Great product! Does our Appsumo purchase include your AI features listed on your website?
2.) Which plan(s) on your website does our Appsumo purchase align with per tier?
3.) In order to utilize your software we much have our own Twillo and email provider correct?
4.) Are there any bulk discount purchase options with Twillo through your software?
