A: Yes, we do have Italian translations. And yes, the replies can work in the language or your choice or the reviewer. Whatever is not translated can be editable by you, like the email text.
Yes, you can set up a redirect URL to Google on all 5 ratings. We do still allow the customers to review on Google by offering that option even if they pick a bad review.
Q: Where can I see these widgets or templates in action?
I'd like to display three Google reviews together as a carousel. Is that possible?
Is the Google Place ID enough to embed the reviews?

A: Hi Leo, yes, that's built in. The Carousel widget lets you hand-pick reviews, and the Dynamic Carousel automatically shows your latest ones. Set Sources to Google only and Max Slides to 3 to show three side by side, with autoplay and arrows or dots if you want them. Then copy the one-line embed code (or use the WordPress plugin shortcode) and paste it into your site. Every widget type is walked...

You can sync with Google via the GBP integration OR you can go the review page, click add, and then select Google under scrape a website. It is not going to be as nearly as reliable as the connection though. But it is a good one time import.

Is it possible to combine two Level 5 plans to manage up to 200 locations for a franchise?
If so, does the limit combine automatically, or would it be necessary to purchase a custom plan?
Can the platform send an alert when a customer posts a review with a photo?
If yes, can these alerts be received via email, SMS, or through the dashboard?

A: I no longer allow stacking more than 5 codes now. The product has matured over 4 years, and I think the offer is very generous still. You can subscribe if you exceed the location limit, but also keep the locations you paid for here. So you'd only need to pay extra for more.

A: To integrate with WhatsApp, I believe it is best to use a third party, like Twilio. And technically you should be able to do that in the app now, since all that’s required is a messaging service. I haven’t checked that yet. But I think you can pull that off with a Twilio account. Are you familiar?
