Hi I want to use only for generating a QR code so that my clients can put it on their desk. If a client scans the QR code is the same principale of 1, 2 or 3 stars internal message and 4 or 5 stars the get a redirect to Google Reviews for example. Is It also possible with the QR code? Thank you

A: Yes. Each review page has a downloadable QR code. Just configure the page to meet your criteria and that does the job.
1. I understand that each project represents a business. Within a single project, can one business have multiple Google My Business listings?
2. Can each project have its own custom domain for clients, or is one general custom domain at agency level?

A: 1. You can connect 1 GMB account per project, and sync multiple locations on that. 2. Yes, each project can have its own CNAME and sending domain for clients. It falls back to agency domains.

A: 1. You can create a project for your own agency in Agency > Projects 2. Create a project for the client in Agency > Projects, and then invite Client to access it in Agency > Clients 3. Hi its possible to import booking.com reviews? Also if i buy white label can i configúrate custom emails for my customers and cname for each? Also want to know if the admin has spanish language.

A: You can import reviews via csv file if you can get an export. There is no web scraper for that atm.
And yes to the CNAME for customers and Spanish portal.
