Q: Clarification on “Projects,” Domains, and Integrations
I’m reviewing the AppSumo plans and had a few questions:
What exactly does a “project” include? Does each project get its own domain, email address, and review page, or is that part of the Agency (3-code) plan only?
For the single-code plan, what integrations are available? Does it include API or webhook access for tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier?
The first two plans don’t list any customer...

A: Yes, a project includes everything needed for a brand to use the service. Each project can have its own sending domain and CNAME to the review pages. All plans allow for creation of projects.
All plans have integrations available to them, including Zapier, Make, REST API, and webhooks.
There are no limits on customers, and you can restrict them on each project under the agency plan. If you...
really solid product. I wanted to understand how pricing works, especially if we buy it and plan to offer it as a service.
Could you share a sample pricing setup (tiers or generated pricing) showing how features affect cost — and how we could structure our own pricing if we purchase it? If available, please send a link or PDF with the pricing breakdown.
Thanks,

A: You can see the breakdown of MGR pricing here: https://moregoodreviews.com/pricing
For agencies, there is no pricing setup built in. You'll need to handle billing your clients yourself. You can restrict projects a number of ways to help with that. More on this here: https://docs.moregoodreviews.com/agencies/restricting-access
So to start, I'd price it for 1 project with X locations, and you...
Do we have any ETA for the feature where customers will get Review AI suggestions for Google Reviews? Basically, functionality that turns customer feedback into Google reviews

A: Sorry, no ETA at the moment. But I can likely work on this next month. Can you be specific on how you think the feature would work on your review page? It would be helpful to me.
Q: Can customers choose their preferred review platform?
Hi,
We mainly use google for reviews but some customers don't have a google account. Is there an option for them to choose their preferred review platform? for example google or trustpilot?
This was previously answered by Scott Vayner who said: Yes — you can reveal links or redirect to any platform from your review page so customers can choose Google, Trustpilot, etc.; it does prescreening/filtering by default (shows a private feedback form for negative ratings and won’t link out); and the workflow is: import your customers, the system requests reviews automatically each day, and you...
I have ever already purchased 3 codes. I emailed you about a week ago on your website, but haven't received a reply, so I'm posting here. As an agency, I would like to add a customer to a Japanese client's project. Could you please translate the entire client page into Japanese? I'm Japanese, so I can help if you want.

A: I’m not sure that will translate or display well. I suppose I can try. I use Google Translate to do the translations.
