Hi again, Will the Google Reviews Widget be displayed in Japanese? It's not available in Japanese on the Kiosk Page, Showcase Page, review requests, etc. I made a request here two months ago, but it seems it's still not supported. I'd like to use this tool as an agency for Japanese clients, so I'd appreciate support in Japanese.

A: I just added Japanese. Might need to give it a few minutes, and then do a hard refresh. Hopefully it translated well. It uses Google Translation API.

A: Hey, under the Review Page Settings > Options > Native Reviews - you can disable the private feedback button on a positive review. That should only reveal the links in your case.
Ah, just realized that doesn't let them generate the review once (+ using AI) and then paste on both platforms.
Is there a way to only have the one button that says something like "Save Review" after they enter text and then after they click submit, to automatically copy it to their clipboard and show text instructing them to paste it onto the other 2 platforms via the buttons?
I have purchased three codes, however my account currently shows a limit of 10,000 per month, which seems lower than expected (15K). I wanted to confirm whether this is correct or if something needs to be adjusted on my account.
I also had a question regarding white labeling. Could you please advise how I can: • Change the branding (logo / brand name), and • Use my own link or domain...

A: You can just go back to that redemption page and try entering one code at a time to get the 3rd one to redeem. Most likely a typo.

A: 1. Yes, this happens out of the box. Everything counts as a "review" on the platform, but the negative ratings are hidden from widgets and showcase by default. 2. In the Review Page settings, you can configure redirects for each score. And you can have more than one for each score, splitting the traffic to different places.

Yes, you can set the links to only show on success. In Links > Link Revealer Position. Put the native reviews back on, as well.

Set up the agency by clicking agency on the header. Edit the Appearance and Domain sections. Domain is critical for white label setup.
