Q: I am using the free version to try it out but support is unreachable

I am using the free version for about 2 weeks now to try it out but am experiencing quite a few bugs and support never responds. Are there others experiencing this?

Q: Ios quick add function

Are you planning to add safari/chrome share function? I cant find it. I wanted to send a webpage where i am as a bookmark but mymemo is not in the selectable list. Without it , its slow to enter mm app and add a link. There should be a quick add function. Or maybe i just dont find it. Thanks

A: Currently, MyMemo should be available in the Chrome share menu in ios. If you can't find it, try these steps:

Tap the Share button in Safari/Chrome

Scroll to the far right and select "More"

Find MyMemo in the list and enable it

You can also tap "Edit" to rearrange MyMemo for quicker access

If it still doesn’t appear, possible reasons include:

Outdated iOS version

MyMemo app needs an update

Permission settings issue

Recommended fixes:

Update MyMemo and your iOS to the latest version

Restart your device and try again

If the issue persists, email support@mymemo.ai—our team will help troubleshoot

Q: Keeps logging out

If I don’t use it for a few days, it logs me out on iOS. Frustrating!

Q: Are there any plans to improve the AI?

Are there any plans to improve the AI? Whenever I need something from my saved items, it always returns an error. I also can't get any help with questions about the platform — it either returns an error or says there's nothing in the database about the topic.

Hi there, I mistakenly thought I could have multiple workspaces in my account, but I now see that other than my default space, the others are on free plans. How can I change that? Can I buy more codes?

A: Hi there! 😊 Yes, at the moment only your default workspace can be upgraded using AppSumo codes. For team workspaces, we’re currently working with AppSumo to make the Team Plan LTD (lifetime deal) available. If all goes well, it should be launching soon — we’d love to have you onboard when it does!
