A: Hi, we noticed that you shared a lot of competitor-related information shortly after joining the Discord. Because of that, weāre having some difficulty understanding whether youāre genuinely interested in using MyMemo as a real user.
Weāre happy to hear feedback and discussions, but we also want to keep the community authentic and focused on actual users and builders. Hope you understand.
And in the app, the wrong animal level is displayed again. Tier 3 is nowhere to be found. And despite selecting (whatever) when saving, it is not stored in the chosen collection. The language is also not used in summaries, even though it is set in the settings. All in all, very strange.
Leo... before you make claims, ask questions first instead of spreading false statements. I am not active on Discord. And with thousands of memos appearing in my account and active usage (if it then even works properly), stop making false claims. Just make sure that what you offer actually works. Period!
Iām trying to test it with a free account, but it actually doesnāt seem to be working properly: the bookmark images/covers are broken, MemoCast doesnāt work, and I find links that are basically unrecognizable. Iām not sure what to say, I feel quite discouraged about using it. is there something Iām missing?

Please can you let us know whether the Chrome Extension and App need to be reinstalled, as they keep showing 'ERROR' when I try to use them?
Also, my plan says FREE, although I have 3 codes. Will this update... when the update is completed, and when is this???

A: Hi, the āFreeā display issue should already be fixed. Your 3-code access is still active, so no worries about that.

They donāt know what theyāre doing. From the start until now, itās been nothing but bugs. Iām also on tier 3. Reinstalling the extension didnāt help, nor did the app. Today, logging in is impossible. Itās Mymemoāwhat do we expect from something we invest in when the founder doesnāt care? Data and money lost. Appsumo should step in and support sumolings.
Output is always in English, no matter if everything has been changed to another language... Iām telling you ā the MyMemo team doesnāt know what theyāre doing... this is also a persistent problem that keeps occurring whenever a bug fix is attempted. I would like to know when these teething problems will be resolved? And when will the extension as well as the app function properly again?
