I couldn't find specific information about the apps in the collection from the knowledge base. Unfortunately, I cannot provide a list of those apps at this time.

MemoCast is a nice feature. It gives a beautiful summary and some interesting ideas and easy way to share relevant content. I work with Vegan health and nutrition. There is no mention in my content to recomending meat and fish. MemoCast AI likes to includes 'healthy food recomendations' such as fish, meat, dairy,, etc. There is no mention to that in my content. I keep deleting those. What can I do to stop this. Maybe some basic instruction of 'what words not to use will be helpful. Thanks
Am I doing something wrong ? I added a link - so the MyMemo webapp could capture the data.
The MyMemo webapp failed... so instead, I captured (external to app) a pdf of the page then uploaded the page (pdf) to the MyMemo webapp. This worked.
However, the uploaded pdf file (when viewed through the MyMemo webapp interface) is displayed as a low resolution PNG file. Not a PDF. The resolution of the PNG is so low... it's useless.
I own competing products (also purchased via AppSumo) - namely iki.ai and other... which displays the actual PDF file. The PDF file contains clickable links that work... but cannot work in the MyMemo webapp... because in the MyMemo webapp - it's a PNG.
A: Hi! Did you try uploading a PDF via a web link? Currently, MyMemo doesn’t support PDF uploads directly from links—you’ll need to download the PDF file first and then upload it to MyMemo. Once uploaded, you’ll see a thumbnail cover image and a link to the full PDF just below its title.
I logged in to my account on the browser and also from the extension but it didn't log me in on the extension and repeatedly asks me to logged in. How and when this issue will be fixed? Thanks
A: please update your chrome extension to the latest version v1.1.0 . if you still encounter this issue, please send email and screenshot of your issue to support@mymemo.ai
A: Sorry, we currently don’t support direct importing of bookmarks from Raindrop or other bookmark managers. However, we’re always open to feedback and may consider adding this feature in the future.
