1. I have kept all my notes in Evernote so far. Can I easily migrate them to MyMemo? But this would significantly exceed my monthly limit, right? 2. Is there an Android app and a Chrome extension to transfer content from the web? 3. Can I share notes with people who do not have MyMemo?
Thanks so much for your questions — happy to help! 😊
1. Evernote Migration
At the moment, we don’t yet support one-click migration from Evernote. That said, we're actively exploring this feature. For now, you can manually copy content or upload your files (PDFs, images, links, etc.) directly into MyMemo. You're right — depending on the amount of data, this could exceed your monthly limit, so feel free to reach out if you’d like help with a tailored plan.
2. **Android App & Chrome Extension**
Yes, we do have both!
Android App: We're currently running a beta program on the Google Play Store. If you'd like to join, just send your Google account email to support@mymemo.ai, and we’ll add you. Chrome Extension: Absolutely! You can find it here:
👉 [MyMemo Web Clipper](https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/mymemo-web-clipper/acbjeolbnaiecolebdcopocflkljjmhi?hl=en)
Your content syncs automatically across all platforms — no extra setup needed.
---
3. Sharing Notes
Yes! You can definitely share your content with people who don’t have MyMemo accounts.
You can:
Share a single note, memo, or collection via public link Or create a Team Workspace and invite others as a Viewer, Editor, or Admin
This makes collaboration super easy — whether you’re working with colleagues or just sharing information with friends or clients.

Let me know if you'd like help getting started or setting up your content. We’re here to support you! 🌟
Thank you for your response. Regarding the migration from Evernote to Mymemo. If I am supposed to transfer all my notes from Evernote to Mymemo in this way, it will take me years to transfer all the notes due to the volume and Mymemo's upload limitations. Do you have any suggestions on how I can manage this? David
Q: Do you support Spanish from Mexico for MemoCast ?
Mexico is the biggest spanish speaker population. So it would be great to have podcasts with Spanish (Mexico) as output language. Actually notebooklm offers this and it's quite impressive.
Please do not confuse with Spanish (Latin America) or Spanish US.
Just to clarify — are you referring to pronunciation or word usage?
If it's about word usage (e.g., vocabulary or expressions specific to Spanish from Mexico), we may be able to support that distinction on our side.
However, if it's about pronunciation, we currently use OpenAI’s speech generation model for MemoCast. Whether we can generate Spanish (Mexico) pronunciation depends on the capabilities of their model — so that part might be out of our direct control for now.
Still, it’s a great question and we’ll definitely look into what’s possible. Thanks again for raising it! 💛
Yes, I'm referring about the languages of the host pronunciation. With OpenAI TTS, it is possible to specify the regional accent for the generated voices in this case: International Spanish (Mexico).
Besides the TTS model, indeed it will be great if you can make the distinction of vocabulary an expressions of a specific language region.
Kind regards,
Q: How do I upgrade to Tier 3 on MyMemo after refunding 2 of my 3 codes, thinking it was a different plan?
I initially purchased 3 codes for MyMemo but misunderstood the upgrade process. I thought purchasing Tier 3 was a different plan, so I refunded 2 codes and kept just one. Now, I realize that upgrading to Tier 3 requires stacking 3 codes. I’m currently at Tier 1 since I only have one code. If I want to upgrade to Tier 3, do I simply purchase and redeem 2 more codes? And where do I redeem if I have to as I can't find an option on Mymemo. Could you please provide step-by-step guidance on how to proceed with the upgrade to Tier 3? Thank you for your help!
A: Yes! simply purchase and redeem 2 more codes You could find redeem entrance in plan page. And you could also use appsumo's redeen link. I could not send image here, if you could leave your email, or email support@mymemo.ai, I could provide more details.

Q: Do you plan to have a share option allowing link recipients to access and chat with a shared knowledge base ?
Like the Socrates app, the share chat option is super convenient and versatile.
https://roadmap.socrates.im/p/sharing-chats-OC70He
In this case, it allows link recipients to chat with the knowledge base and no account.is necessary.
