Q: New app is being advertised – MyMemo still full of bugs? Seriously!!!
Slowly but surely, I’m fed up. Inability to fix bugs and then having the audacity to promote a new app instead of taking care of what the customers actually bought.
Supposedly, a new search with improved finding of documents/uploads is coming. Unfortunately, everything is still disappointing here as well.
The only thing that works is when I search myself and scroll until I get a sore...

Hi, once again after adjustments or updates, umlauts in German are not displayed. Instead of ä, ö, ü - Ä, Ö, Ü they are shown as "I". Can you fix this error and make it permanent?
An email to support was sent – but since the Appsumo deal ended, it’s only been leaking. That’s unfortunate and reduces trust in them as a reliable vendor! Especially since it’s not the first time.

Would be nice - and a Big Performance boost overall. Askmymemo is slow like a dead man walking. So will you work on the entire user experience? Any timeframe for us, when it’s ready?
What about supporting other languages on YouTube? How and when do you plan to do this? 🤔

A: Hi, Our YouTube service already supports most major languages worldwide 🌍✨. At the moment, the only exceptions are Polish and Greek, since our provider hasn’t enabled them yet. We’re actively waiting for this issue to be resolved, and as soon as support becomes available, we’ll make sure to add them too 💪.

Hi,

Q: why is chat always giving errors ?
I try to add a website to a new collection,
it tells me the website is already saved, obviously not in the new folder I created,
I try to find which previous folder it is in but the chat is just giving errors
this is useless for times like this
how do I find where the link is ? which collection it is in ?
chat just gives errors or is forever "thinking" and gives no response

Yes! We just update the whole mymemo page to get a quick experence. And we still work on the note saving time issue. Will fix it soon.
