The team was very active while the AppSumo deal was still live, but after the deal ended, there has been no response to follow-up messages.

A: Hi! I've been on a small leave since the launch ended to get some rest. But I'm back now and powering through all the emails now, so I'll surely reply to yours as well. Have you tried creating a support ticket instead? My inbox is flooded unfortunately 😅 I suggest creating a support ticket for any issues/suggestions, etc
Hi Dinuka, Thank you for your reply .I have already created a support ticket before writing here, but unfortunately I have not received a proper response yet. The white-label issue is extremely urgent because it directly affects our business setup. Without support or clarity on this, we cannot properly use the product as intended. Could you please prioritize this issue? Kind regards :)
2. Where is the Map View as seen on your website? It's kind of on the mobile app, but no where on the web version. That's like 20% of why I bought this.
3. Can we completely disable WhatsApp? None of our clients use it. Could be a button in settings to just totally make it hidden & disappear.
4. The Invoices section seems kinda weak right now. I will tinker...
Q: Options for non Google Workspace Gmail accounts?
I know you guys are working on getting your approval with Google and there are options for integrating Gmail and calendar for Google workspace accounts but what about non-googleworkspace accounts? I have a use case for using NinjaPipe for a small sole proprietor business. What options are available for non-google workspace Gmail accounts.
1. Why are we limiting "max steps per workflow" to only 25?
2. Also how many emails can we send per month with T4? Unlimited? Or is it more based on our 3rd party email connection? Ex: Gmail
3. What is a "budget"? Is that like the opposite of the invoices tab? Ex: Receipts & Expenses?
4. Is there a way we can pipe-in a full demo workspace in everyone's accounts, so we can see how a real company...

1) Max steps are limited for workflow efficiency, longer bigger workflows take longer to execute and instead we encourage multiple workflows based on need. We can help set these up too. But if you ever need more steps, let us know, it's on us!
2) Unlimited via workflow feature but definitely based on provider cos they have limitations I'm sure.

A: Currently we integrate with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook calendars via OAuth; we do not expose or consume a standalone CalDAV endpoint as an integration today. But we have a task at hand to implement this so this will be possible very soon :)
