That is the worst excuse for the lack of communication and updates on the app, whilst avoiding the obvious. What is going on, Appsumo? Can you please send an update addressing our issues? I have two tier 4 accounts and am very hesitant to use them.
David, not addressing questions and issues in reviews takes away from the confidence people have in SendFox. This affects sales negatively which in turn make it difficult for your team to continue development. You should change this immediately and be more visible and present for users. It goes without saying that you need to focus on quick turnaround times for support related emails.
In the effort of transparency as I feel everyone deserves this answer and not sure why they are not posting here when I asked them to for everyone to share in the info. Sent 2 emails a week apart. Received auto-email to confirm. Yet nothing. Zippo. Nada. Very unusual. So trying here. Is SendFox still being supported????
This was previously answered by David Kelly who said SendFox is definitely still being supported — they just released updates last week and consistently push bug fixes and new features, continuing to improve the app for you and the 125,000+ other users. I really like SendFox, but I would like it if they created a tool like Sumo Forms for lead generation, like email pop-ups, announcement bars, exit pop-ups, and integrated it with SendFox.

Hey, guys, I am not sure how your service works. I just tried to login to your tool, but got the 403 error. There are no other way to get in touch anyone on the website.

Hi, I just got Tier 5. There doesn't seem to be an option to have 2FA.
That's a pretty big deal-breaker; yes, I can have a strong password, but 2FA seems crucial given we're talking about subscriber information here.
Am I right that there's no 2FA? Or have I missed it?
