How do we correctly connect Stackby to n8n? None of the API endpoints in the docs seem to work, and support has not replied to 3 emails in 9 days.

Q: If I purchase powerups and marketplace, and I initiate a refund within 60 day, do I get a refund for those upgrades
Given the upgrades 'required' to make this a usable product (Powerups, and to a lesser degree, Marketplace) - which are sold after you purchase from Appsumo, what happens if I request a refund with these products?

A: There's no refund for any add-ons. Please see our video tutorials and help center guides to understand if those features will help you streamline your workflows, prior to making an informed purchase.
These add-ons are generally available on our higher tier recurring plans, but we're making it available for the LTD users.
Thank you for your reply, ill have to reconsider the purchase for the time being as these updates are not being sold with the protection appsumo provides. Looking at the comments, the powerups are required for basic functions, adding colours etc, that way of selling makes this a much more difficult to purchase.

2. Yes, the responses will directly go in your tables in your stack.
3. You need to use a Page Designer App (part of our Apps Marketplace) to create a one-pager invoice based on these details. Check our Invoice Creator Template.
4. Once invoice is created, you can save it as a PDF and send it...
I have a simple request. I need to have a "per person" kanban, where the teammate can see their activities in a kanban with all tasks of all projects. Is this possible? My main goal is to use your tool as my new project management tool. And of course, I'd like to have this almost or already built to avoid too much time customizing something. Thanks

do I need buy powerup from apps marketplace?
You need to buy Apps Marketplace add-on for dashboards and page designer.
For Powerups, those are 35+ additional features you can unlock on your workspace including advanced form features.

Q: Is it possible to share a database openly with non-Stackby users but still protect it with a password?
If so, do all plans include this feature?

Oct 22, 2025A: Yes, you can share with non Stackby users as a read only mode, but without a password protect.
For password protect, you need Powerups enabled on your account.
But once that enables, you can share with unlimited read only users.
