Could you please clarify whether the credits specified in the plan—specifically "XX,XXX messages per month" and "Up to X,XXX,XXXX characters to train the chatbot"—are provided by your service, or do I need to use my own OpenAI API key? Additionally, if these credits are included at no cost to me, will I have the option to switch to my own OpenAI API key once the credits have been fully utilized?
By default you must purchase a new license for each domain, but, if you have 2+ websites owned by you and part of the same brand/company, you can use 1 single account and a single license and show the chat on multiple websites. If instead, the domains are of other clients and/or are related to other brands/companies you need to purchase a new license for each website/domain.

That is fantastic. So if there is a product "catalog" on the clients website, the bot can show that image from the url without "any" setup?
