Q: Can We Included a help@ email address that creates Support Tickets?
We were using another helpdesk system previously, and this seems to blow them away, but we still want to be able to have the old-school method of creating help tickets with our help@ email system. Is this something that is easy to integrate?
I was interested in this product, but unfortunately, I’ve been unable to get in touch with the sales team after reaching out three times over the past week. I haven’t even received an automated response, which raises some concerns about the level of support available. I hope this is just a temporary issue, but for now, I’ve decided to pass on the purchase. I’d encourage the team to take a closer look at their sales and support response times. I really wanted to get this. it has great reviews... but now I have hesitations. HOw can I get a hold of sales? I want to learn more about you reseller program. I have tried the email at sales directly, but to no avail.

Can Support board send a dm with a file or link from people posting a comment on instagram posts? I see this question was asked and answered in 2024 but maybe the feature has been added since then?
I have a few questions, but I have sent emails for almost a week and have not received any response. Chat on the website, only the chatbot answers (does not solve the problem). I intend to buy the Reseller Version to use, but your customer care issue worries me. If I buy it, when a problem occurs, who will be the one to answer it?
There are 2 main issues here: 1/ I intend to buy Reseller Version to resell to my customers, but I don't know if my account is limited in number of messages and number of agents? If there is a limit, can I buy it from Appsumo to stack it?
2/ I have successfully integrated messenger, but the chatbot does not automatically answer questions (pre-trained). But when asking a question unrelated to data, it answers "Sorry, I don't understand. Can you rephrase?"
