Q: I have a question about the e-commerce integration
Is this only possible with Shopify stores?? I was wondering if the chatbot / chatroom displays the thumbnails from product urls??

You can manually add cards and thumbnails via rich messages and Q&A, or you can use advanced features like tools calling to automate it for all products at once (but this is advanced and you need to write code).

I'm not sure as I do not know brizy. Said that, if you can insert an embed code into your website you can almost surely do it. I advise register a free account at https://cloud.board.support/ and check it. Only after you are sure it works for you proceed to purchase the AppSumo deal.
