2. Yes. From Settings > Notificaitons > Email piping you can configure them.
3. APIs are not related to OS. You can use theme wherever you want including an Android app.

Q: Can people submit a ticket without registering—just by filling out a form and clicking submit?

Is the front end available in other languages?

Let’s say one of our customers submits a ticket in Spanish or French. Our agents would receive the message in the original language, correct? Your app wouldn’t automatically translate it into English, right?

Can we disable the AI reply feature?
