Is it possible to re-train the AI chatbot with NEW data if the existing data can be purged? I'm wondering whether it is possible to 'repurpose' the Support Board account for an entirely new brand, for example.

A: Hi there! Yes, you can re-train the AI chatbot with new data. About branding. This version is not fully re-brandable as Support Board references are present and you cannot change the domain URL cloud.board.support. Some branding is possible, like custom logo, name, and colors.
