A: Hi and sorry for the confusion. In this AppSumo listing, for white label, we mean that our Support Board logo will be hidden in the chat widget without any additional cost.

1. Is the reseller version(https://board.support/resellers) fully white label? (including custom smtp & WooCommerce plugin)

2. I need time to set up a new company. If I buy the license now, will I be permitted to formally transfer or assign the license ownership to my company later?

Q: What types of custom field are available for tickets and users?

Hello. Could you please let me know what type of custom fields are available for tickets and users? I have two use cases: 1) I'd like to allow users to be able to select from a dropdown when creating a ticket. 2) I'd like to be able to organise users in the back end by choosing selections from a custom field. Are either of these possible? Or is it just a free text field available?

1. Only text fields are currently available.
2. You can use departmetns to group users. The dropdown will be shown to user upong creating the ticket.

Q: Whatsapp integration

Hello
I have a few questions about WhatsApp:
1. Is it possible to make WhatsApp calls directly through Support Board?
2. Can I send and receive voice messages via WhatsApp?
3. Can I continue to use my existing WhatsApp Business on my phone while using Support Board?
4. Is it possible to assign different roles or permissions to my employees, so that team members have restricted access based on their role? For example, the role that prevents anyone from deleting WhatsApp messages.
